I'm kinda with this interpretation. The surgeons are given a hulking male's crotch, some sad pathetic penis, maaaybe some extra bits of flesh here and there on reserve, and they are tasked with transmogrifying this into a true and honest vagina. All things considered, any result is a miracle. Kevin not, you know, fucking dying and coming out it with even a vaguely femoid rot pocket is kind of a miracle in that regard.

No sympathy from me. They're the quacks who fraudulently claimed they'd deliver a vagina knowing full well they were really going to deliver this absolutely horrific result, and took often enormous amounts of money for this butchery.

I really hope this is just Kev in full grifter mode now because he realizes what suckers troons and their simps are. Otherwise, it's going to be an animal holocaust at the tranch. I really wish that next week, when he is bragging about some $100 plastic toy he's buying, someone would call him out on his grifting shit and wasting money instead of donating it to the tranch. Sadly, I know they won't.

Although the confirmed horror of the amhole is quite poignant, frankly, it just adds to the miasma of revulsion Kevin carries with him. I can't find him disgusting just for that; what makes me really MOTI isn't the repugnance I feel looking at his lumpy pale flesh, but rather for his actions.

We called it. He's riding the grift train hard and hasn't given it up since he started. I would consider that his ultimate spiral into true degeneracy. Taking people's hard earned government bucks to buy cheap plastic shit? I'm angry. But mostly angry he's abusing people's goodwill for trans people. The community sticks up for its own or at least pathetically tries when it's not too busy devouring itself, and his begging posts remind me of the huge grifts people put on for black people just for being black.

I simply don't understand why you would be compelled to give to a strangers personal funds for no reason other than to give yourself a pat on the back. It's as insane to me as it is when I see people at the slot machines in the hotel lounge. What is wrong with you to give Kevin money when he actively shows proof over and over that all he's spending it on is fucking TOYS? Not even sex toys either, so there's no sexual fulfillment there. But i guess i actually put in the work for every cent I have, so it actually has worth to me.
