Am I understanding that correctly? He made 3,000 dollars in legit tips today? Well at least we know he can afford a green screen and both consoles and a handful of accessories and honestly a pretty expensive good office chair meant for sitting long periods of time.

AND, we know that they are all part of his big "stream reboot" that started and ended with moving a couch. So he should sock it away for all of those things, so he can pull the trigger on those purchases ASAP.

No, not tips. He made $400 in tips on the earlier pity stream, and tonight is at $43 currently.
But he got 3 100k cheers on the late stream, which totals $3000.
We'll get nothing because that money will be memoryholed like all cheers.

The optimist in my hopes someone fucks with dsp and twitch. Using a stolen credit card to hurt twitch, forcing him to drop dsp.

But you never know... the autism is strong with dsp.

Phil just wrapped up the stream saying that today was a "rough day".
After making $4k.
Unhinged.
Insane, what facade is he trying to keep up? At this point it feels like he just lies to try and convince himself he has the hardest job in the world and deserves every penny. Phil really is a world champ in mental gymnastics

The worst part?
Even if this donation is legit or not, we won't ever know. He's likely going to complain about chargebacks and try and imply that the 4k is fake either way
This chargeback stuff is probably the most effective scam he has ever done. He can basically tell people most of the money he's getting is fake (even if it isn't) just so he can have a excuse to effectively higher the tip goal

I worked out approximate give or take hard drives to back up all of Phils content in this post here:

Having an external hard drive for the year like Phil said he used to do actually seems a good idea until you realise that his raw video files would probably fill up a 4TB HDD by June.

He certainly blew up his lie that he had no way to tell who was sending him money.
If I send you money through paypal you see my information, this is one of the reasons Null put out a PSA saying to not buy from Chris Chan because he effectively doxxed 2 of his buyers.

I think Phil means its anonymous because I can put "Mickey Mouse" as my first and last name in the paypal account, you're only given the info they clearly dont give a fuck if the information is correct.

But yeah if anyone has ever troll tipped Phil under your real paypal you use for eBay or whatever (because according to Phil that's what the Pajeets in India think paypal is solely used for) you're giving him your real info.

This is for every streamer taking paypal donations, its not Phil going out of his way to dox people.

Can someone confirm this for me, because I struggle to believe it. Will this faggot make over 6k just in bits in two weeks time?
The fact that DSP only makes $310 per month on patreon and whatever the fuck in bits is a little doubtful on it's own. I feel kinda bad for barb in a way. At this point she's like his babysitter or something because he doesn't have an actual job.

We'll never know, since he can simply say that they got charged back and that'll be the end of it.

If anything, this chargeback saga is showing what a scummy company Twitch is for allowing this to happen without giving Phil even a slap on the wrist.

Don't worry. Hopefully we will have a second arc of pissed off rich parent finds out his/her special needs child stole their card and racked up a few thousand burning money at the DSP altar, and will go on a warpath to claw it all back. Maybe this time Twitch will be like, well, since I'm in here, let's take a look...

you right, he 100% isn't catching up on his taxes
He also financed his 2019 taxes, so add another $500 a month to his 2018 back taxes, he's paying $1000 a month for the last two year's back taxes. Those payments are spread out over 3 years, so to be caught up on 2020 taxes, he'd need to be saving $1500 a month for all of 2020.

Unlikely, since he can't even save up enough to buy anything to improve his stream, complains about the cost of games, and cries about paying for groceries after getting nearly $30K in tips over the last few months.

Bit and sub monies are received the 15th of the month after they're received. The cheers he got yesterday, he won't get the money for until November 15th. That wait is why he doesn't consider them as good as tips. He will, though, get the previous large cheers from that overpoweredboone character on the 15th of this month.
