ahhh, I remember when I had that terrible yet enlightening epiphany, that journalistsw are biased, lying weasels who you should never ever believe without verifying with other sources.
I think mine came with the Zimmerman case, when not one media outlet seemed to even try to present the case in an objective way.
And then numerous other cases only confirmed that the media is what it is. Especially that Convington kid's shitshow, when the unedited vid started circulating, showing how the kid literally did nothing wrong and all te journalists who shat on him were 100% wrong, and yet some of them still doubled down, even with a fucking video evidence of them being wrong.
But the most telling was one article, where the author seemed to be unsettled the most not about entire media "community" trying to slander and ruin innocent kids life, but by the fact that the uncut vid shows that the teenage Trump supporters aren't all little Hitlers, but they in fact are fairly normal kids, and defend a black classmate when the black zionist supremacist who were nearby start calling him a fag, and also say that homosexuality is ok or something, and you can feel how conflicted and distraught she is with that finding, like it destroys her entire worldview and she doesn't know how to proceed. Of course she ends with a weak "it's hard to tell what really happened" because you apparently can't call out fellow journalists on their obvious shittiness.

It's hardly a new observation, but that is exactly the kind of unthinking religious behavior they accuse Christians of doing all the time. You believe what a preacher/priest says, instead of going to the text and checking for yourself, or analyzing that interpretation with your own studies.
