I think a lot of people are (quite rightly) focused on the underage shit, but this is something that is getting overlooked big time.
These are guys in their mid thirties hitting on kids who they believe are barely even out of high school. Shit's fucked up in a big way.

I had hoped that RT would come to its senses and hire Vic back after the beating they took from 2019.

Now I know RT has to be nuked from orbit and the earth salted so nothing would grow again.

To my understanding, the logic is that if they're under 18 and the older of the two is older by a certain age range it's pedophilia.

"Pedo" has definitely become a catch-all term for any adult who messes with kids under 18, but that's largely because most people don't know the term "ephebophilia," and also because bringing it up in a conversation like this is honestly semantics. No matter what you want to call it, he's still a predator and a creep for pursuing underage (and barely legal) girls. As a sincere question: do you think her age would've mattered to him at all as long as she had been at the age of consent? What would it matter to him - as long as it was technically legal - if she had been 16, or 15, or even as young as 14 or 13?

That's the point people are trying to make here - he's a sexual predator because the fact that he clearly didn't care about asking for anyone's age while he was sleeping around, coupled with the fact that he has already been proven to have sexted with at least one underage girl (and there may be more), heavily implies that he would have happily gone younger if he could have legally done so. Some things are just fucked up, regardless of their legality, and I think a lot of people would concur that a man in his late 30s using his e-fame to try and fuck a girl that's still in grade school is pretty damn wrong.

And, again, age of consent only matters for this situation insofar as real-life sex that he had is concerned. For all the internet stuff, the girl would have needed to be 18 or over to legally consent, and she wasn't, so the point is moot. He's a creepy fuck pretty much any way you slice it.
