According to Reddit, the clips channel is actually run by a community member, who just gets programming advice from Bones (a Funhaus editor). She has not been told to stop uploading, so its business as usual until she does

I hope we get a backup of FH shit before they're inevitably deleted just like IG stuff was when machinima was being sold out. Livestreams included as well, i'd do it but im running out of space after downloading every potatonigger and RLM video.

The age of consent in Washington is 16, not 18. Anything he may have done with a 17 year old consensually and in person in Washington would have been legal. (Assuming he didn't do the aforementioned 'cross state lines to go somewhere where it's legal')

In the link in the o.p there is videos of them, and multiple pictures. Angles seem sketch but nothing beyond that.
