Alot more people near me are less psycho about masks, and I've pretty much switched to lowering the coofmuzzle after getting past security or check ins at places. I wash my masks but they end up stinking quick when you work out.
I added a 2nd membership to Planet Fatness if I can't get a pool appointment, (ugh) you don't have to wear the mask if you're "actively working out". Fuck this shit.
I worked in a food processing factory and we caught every nasty thing you could think of and survived..I think my immune system can take the coof.

That's actually true since talking louder produces more droplets, not that it really matters since if you're close enough to be infected you're getting it no matter what (unless you have a respirator). And incidentally as you might imagine, some phonemes like /p/ in language produce more droplets than others. It should be scientifically possible via statistics manipulation to determine how many droplets (and thus chance of spreading the disease) are produced from any given phrase spoken.
Let's put two and two together here, under this logic they could ban all sorts of words from the English language (or any other language) and institute Newspeak on the basis of "safety" and "public health". And why not? It would be scientific (which we all fucking love), something suggested by the experts (who are always right), and it's the name of health and safety so stop saying words with "p" in them unless you want to be the selfish asshole who will kill grandma.

I was already annoyed that the actions of our Retard Governor made me side with Bob Iger and modern Disney (without the tourism the parks bring businesses and jobs in the area are absolutely fucked), but this is just embarrassing.
Anyone who's that worried about Covid-19, whether about transmitting or being infected with it or whatever should not be at a restaurant. If you accept your perceived risk of going to eat at a restaurant I would think you'd be fine with eating without a mask on. And that's not to mention that taking off and putting on a mask multiple times is actually more improper mask usage (you shouldn't touch a mask or move it around that many times, especially not without sanitizing your hands/face), not that that they've cared about proper mask usage at all.
Why does the government even bother with these retarded statements it's clear to me that they want more cases so they can justify never reopening the state

I was digging up info on one of the supposed long-haul coofers last night because she set off every personality disorder/lolcow alarm in my head. She has the typical vague symptoms that could go with anything, including depression or just plain being made up because they are easy to fake and hard to verify. Her doctors see nothing wrong with her. She has been to the doctor or hospital 80 times since March, which is insane even for someone who is really sick with something like cancer. She has sought attention from every local station, NYT, CNN, WSJ, and more. I checked court records and she has a string of foreclosure, collections, garnishments, and reckless driving that I expect to see with borderline personality disorder. She works adjacent to healthcare (state Medicaid bureau) which is common with MBP. And then for the stinger- her relative had a true life-threatening case of the coof and got a bunch of media attention early on for having a miraculous recovery by taking an experimental -mab drug. And the relative is her political nemesis, a big time Trump supporter/wholesome country horse girl. So. Motive, means, opportunity- malingerer.

Depends on the cleaning product, but yeah basically this.
Some cleaning products use special ingredients that certain microbials can "evolve" resistance to, for example Triclosan.
Other times there are "extremophiles", usually archea but sometimes bacteria, that can survive in highly acidic or highly alkaline environments so particular cleaning products might not kill them (thus the "kills 99.9%"); but rarely are extremophiles even dangerous to humans.
Even potentially pathogenic ones that might "evolve" resistance to alcohol-based (acidic) products would still got BTFO'd hard by alkaline products such as Hydrogen Peroxide or Bleach, and vice-versa.
I fret to use the term "evolve" in the context of antimicrobial resistance because, in the words of my Microbiology professor: "Its not mutating something new, its just quickly selecting for something that was already there".
Basically, penicillin-resistant strains of bacteria were around long before humans started giving themselves penicillin; its just that suddenly a massive population bottleneck event occurred thanks to homos sapiens overuse of penicillin, and suddenly all the survivors were descendants of those minority strains that survived.

I mean yeah to some minor degree. However, asymptomatic cases are correlated with age & health, basically its young people making up >80% of the asymptomatic cases, and >50% of the mild symptomatic cases. So while only 18 - 37% of the population is fully asymptomatic, that 18-37% is clustered around younger age groups.
If it were just testing errors then the % of asymptomatic would be spread near-evenly across all age groups.
Asymptomatic *should* go against the narrative of MEGA DOOM VIRUS (of course retards think you can be asymptomatic then drop dead somehow); because it basically shows those of us who need to get back to normal that there is a big chance we wont be affected by this virus.

COVID with symptoms might in some way be plausible, but we've people bailing out of tests getting texts that they're COVID positive. I wouldn't trust the authorities as far I as could throw them with my pinky. So much fucking lying from them. It's like a mad religion. There are people who suffer harsh respiratory and other problems, but I'm not minded to give anything put out by the powers that be much credence.
