Let me see if my math is correct here. Whatever is left should cost $5.25. Probably whatever gauze he got (which still will not help, Lou).
Those easy mac things are the small cups that you would have for a snack, not for a meal. You can get a fucking mac and cheese box for the same price (or less if you go generic) and that will last you a couple meals (or 1/2 a meal for our dainty princess). The only reason he bought those is because he can't fucking be bothered to boil water for himself.
Planter's Honey Roasted is peanuts. Looking at Walmart pricing, this is most likely the 7oz container. You can get the 35 oz container for ~$2 more. Why would you not get 5x the amount for 2x the price when you're gonna eat them in one day anyway?
Gatorade is Gatorade, whatever. It's one of those fat bottles that matches the shape of Lou's head.
Mountain Dew: just buy a 2L you fuck. It's the same price on Walmart's site.

What I do not understand is why his tax is $0.48. Tax in that area is 6c.

I suspect that Lou doesn't really understand just how serious the wound on his foot has become. If he truly believes that neosporin and some bandages will help him, then I'm looking forward to watching the panic set in once he realizes just how fucked he really is. It's a shame that nobody tried to warn him.

Or the picture is old/fake and the wound is actually healed/nearly healed/actually belonged to someone else all along, and he's been caught in another lie. Cue him trying to untangle himself from someone's genuine kindness and concern with all the grace and subtlety of an enraged baboon.

Picture from September 8 vs. picture from yesterday. I just ate, so I'm not about to make a side-by-side comparison shot, but anyone else is welcome to.

In my opinion it looks worse in the more recent picture, plus there are other weird abrasions in the new picture that weren't there in September, so I think it's legit. Lou should very definitely go to the emergency room immediately.

You are 100 percent right. It looks horrible and completely unhygienic. His massive weight looks to be only exacerbating the issue. I’ve seen this sort of thing in exceptionally overweight individuals where their feet simply cannot heal due to the lack of proper blood flow, creating a sort of pressure ulcer. I don’t know why it is not healing either because he is just so large or if he’s picking and forcing it open.

Also, these wounds stink to high hell when they become infectious.

Oh please. Lou saw that it said "Wonder Woman" on the packaging and immediately came. Of course he got it for himself. For someone who "wants to emulate Wonder Woman" as Lou said the other day, he sure does do anything and everything she would not.

I think Equivamp said it best in his Twitter replies: it looks like rotting hamburger at this point. I didn't even notice the fact that there's now this dark spot within the wound but wow. That's a yikes.

Alright well, here you guys go. I’m going to spoiler the photos since they are quite, um, meaty. In the new photo, there’s a small mass of flesh that looks like it’s beginning to gray towards the bottom left of the wound.
While the picture quality in the newer one is better, it looks significantly deeper than it did 3 weeks ago. If you look at a full photo of his foot, there’s also An accumulation of dead skin that seems to be peeling off. Right in the middle of the wound is a small spot of black gunk. Unsure of whether that’s necrosis or some fluff or something. upon a second glance, it actually looks like a developing scab of some kind.
Slight power level, but I sustained a puncture wound when I was younger. When Lou’s wound was fresh, it was much smaller. It’s now about the diameter of something that required stitches and ER attention. Though, I got mine treated within an hour of sustaining it.
