No, we stopped at $69, and $50 of that was a tip from nocouture.
This is partly why Phil ended on pondering (and opened with it on tonight's stream) if Ask the King has come 'to a conclusion'. Not unlike Fire Emblem, people must not like it if he isn't getting $100.
He also didn't get $100 for Batman last night, but oddly he didn't insinuate it was the game's fault there. So we're getting 2 more streams of him fucking around with Riddler trophies.

I'm kind of wondering if the slow we're seeing is because he crossed a line again with the insane begging this week when people know he has a massive payday coming in 7 days. He really can't expect it to be believable that he needs $200 a day to survive these 7 days; the paypigs may be sending a message.

Curiously, Phil finally admitted that if he cancels Ask the King, the Patrons will effectively get no perks at all, but insists that is fine because the people who use it may be YT fans who just want an avenue to contribute. However, it did remind me that, while he is currently saying he is broke and begging, Patreon pays at the end of the month, so he just received an additional influx of $300 8 days ago that has disappeared into the ether. If you factor that in, his current dire straits are even less believable.

This is one of the more mind-boggling things about Phil. He's confusing the viewers' motivation with his own.

He wants to get paid. The viewer wants entertainment. When the viewer gets entertained, their goodwill towards him grows, and then when it gets to a point where they feel like they want to reward Phil, they do. It isn't a consistent variable with everyone, and there are people who watch him that will never donate.

Phil's incompetence basically makes him think of income as an analytic, when in reality it's a byproduct of other, more productive analytics.

Who? I don't mean to paint any group with the same brush unless it's funny but I can't imagine any regular LGBT Twitch user being able to stomach DSP for more than five seconds without baying for his blood.
The person who bought his portal gun is a gay f2m trans fan. And a furry.

how much did he end the night with?
51. At the end of the stream he was pedalling the chargeback narrative hard again. Made a comment along the lines of "we're only at 50 dollars in tips tonight guys. Do you now see how many chargebacks I've been dealing with lately?".

How he can still claim people like him and support his stream, but can't seem to step up enough to legitimately hit the tips goal is beyond me. Mind you, 25 of the 51 dollars was from a newish whale called UpscaledMan.

The great thing with fall guys is that you can time your messages to the pig in between rounds so there is a higher chance your message gets read. So I questioned the legitimacy of the vest streak after he went on his chargeback spiel, hoping I could at least get a mini rant out of it but he ignored it sadly.

we're at a no-vest vest streak of 3
At the end of tonight's stream I was thinking how we should keep a streak of our own around this, but that would just rile up the wheelchairs even more.

Hey Phil, I've got an idea for a new streak for you. I call it the "Anti anti vest streak streak". Every time you prevented us from our streak by hitting your streak goal, you count one towards the anti anti vest streak streak.

Bonus: it also sounds like somebody is having a stroke, it is perfect!

This isn't even an exaggeration. If you ever dig into info on his regular viewers you will find, almost every fucking time, that they are some combination of :
autistic, retarded, gay, trans, pervert, furry, weeb, cripple, wrestling fan, or wannabe twitch streamer.
Tbf you just described 90% of "internet people."

Yeah, but he forgot to include "pedophile; both overt & low-key", so that probably kicks the percentage back down to like 32%? (And that # is only so low because the scariest pedobear motherfuckers are smart enough to stay away from the internet..)

He's pondered killing off ask the king for a while now since his fans can ask a question on stream for a quarter and get an "uhh i dont know".

I think he's been literally squeezing his audience dry, you can only squeeze so much juice out of lemons, I don't think Phil's audience have the intellect required to organise and not tip in an effort "to send a message to Phil"

(I mean Phil's "hardcore audience", not people in chat who watch Phil ironically)
