Christ, so this whole drama began with Kovic, who had photos and videos leaked of him hitting on e-"girls" and shoving things up his ass. There was only one pick of Ryan, but he was so irrelevant to the drama that he wasn't even named in the happenings at the top of the forum.

Can't say I'm emotionally hit over any of this or anything, but man I can't deny it is disappointing, even after not watching them for years (when did Mica have her little meltdown on the podcast?)
Also is there any proof Adam fucked fans? bc if not, I'm not sure why he's getting kicked. I feel like it should be between him and his wife. Didn't even occur to me until you just said it, but looking at it again, I think there's a distinct possibility that you're right. It's highly dependent on which of the two candids came first, as we don't really know for sure - if they're ordered correctly (from left to right), then I don't think so as his right hand is overlapping his left, but the left hand is the one reaching out to the desk in the second picture. Seems weird that he'd randomly swap the ring from his right hand to his left as he's setting it down. If the pictures are ordered backwards and happened right to left chronologically, then I'm almost certain you're right - he sets the ring down on the dresser, then puts his hands together while he's talking.
I don't think we'll get confirmation on this either way, but it's interesting to think about.

I have no idea what you're getting at with respect to "magnitude." The SoL is the SoL. It's a hard limit, and the state bears the burden of proving it hasn't expired. At least in California. Judges have to apply the law as codified.
One possibility is that they fucked again one or more times after September 23rd. She hinted at them having a relationship for a time afterwards. But if they fucked again in (for example) October, November, and/or December, the state needs to haul ass. Tick tock.
