Missouri business database lists SA LLC as still active. We'll have to see if it changes. The free page doesn't appear to update the registration address unless Lowtax never did. Gotta pay tenbux to see filings or other paperwork. It's always tenbux with Lowtax.

He's said a number of times that he was buying the assets of Something Awful LLC. I expect that Lowtax will continue to own SA LLC and the assets will be transferred to a new owner, which won't show on the SA records.

I've been locked into the subforums for the last decade and only within the last 2 years have I realized how hard to the left SA had swung. In the past, the majority of posters were more left leaning, but the hostility towards other viewpoints wasn't anywhere near as bad as it is now.

I was rooting for lowtax (he was seemingly standing up to the crybaby troons), but then all of a sudden he deleted fyad.
