Marxists are wrong about a whole mess of shit, but they're right that it's better to focus on class issues over race issues. Most typical behavior people call "acting black" even around here is the way a lot of people who grew up poor and remained poor act a lot of the time. Make the population less poor (through whatever means) and antisocial behavior decreases.
