Dolloff drew his gun after he got slapped like a bitch and murdered Keltner, plus the reporter is a lying sack of shit.
It does leave that led up to the slap a little ambiguous. There was some speculation that Dolloff was going for Keltner's gun, which prompted the slap, but from the frames it doesn't seem like that.
Looks like Keltner was moving on blue-shirt, Dolloff stopped him, Keltner bitchslapped Dolloff, bang bang.

Unless some literally earth shattering new evidence comes out, it's at least murder 3.
The general doctrine for self defense is to meet deadly force with deadly force.
A bitch slap wouldn't put the average person in reasonable fear for their life. Add that to the fact Keltner was backing up after the slap (and thus removing himself as a threat), and Dolloff has no grounds to escalate to the use of lethal force.

I hate to say this, but that was very clearly murder. Probably a targeted murder. The escalation between "fuck around and find out" from the agitator and BAM, HEADSHOT, was too quick.
BGM was lurking around with blue shirt and Dolloff earlier. Jay's murder in Portland was a lure and target, this hits all the same notes.
BLM/ANTIFA etc aren't stupid. They're not going to do typical nigger drive by hits - they're going to couch them in terms of being "justified".
BGM was the initial engagement and distraction, whilst mysteriously, Dolloff was ready to go. There's no reason why it should have escalated that quick.
I don't think they care specifically who they kill, as long as they make A kill. It's also oddly a very Chinese tactic - make a scene, distraction, amplify, lure, dead/kidnap. Not play by play, but it just reminds me of political murders/kidnappings of especially 80's reform China.

It's clear that the drawing of the pistol preceded the pepper spray, and the altercation was started by the antifa security guy. The victim was backing away as antifa guard was drawing his pistol.

Michelle Malkin has a great thread from a few days ago about the second Antifa assassination. This was the one hired by the news company who they claimed was a security guard.
She points out that there's an Orange guy with a PRESS vest on... everywhere the Antifa Instigator is at.
Everywhere.
Now we know Antifa assaults Journalists, and they certainly assault Journalists who get this close. So Orange Vest Dude (Dudette) is clearly Antifa as well.

Well, san francisco had some action - which is actually surprising, because despite its liberal reputation there haven't been any major riots or protests there - its too gentrified and techie to truly pull the insanity you see in portland. Anyway apparently saturday SFPD killed an out-of-towner who was carjacking with a knife. So cue outrage. However this doesn't feel like homegrown outrage, and many of the streamers I recognized from other protests. They were met with many folks pushing back from apartments when "out of your home and into the street"ed - umm, folks have work Tuesday. Usual shrieking at the police who eventually stopped them from marching down the street and yelling at people in homes. What looked like a vet confronted the protesters saying "you aren't welcome here" before getting assaulted (sucker punched) as the woke stream went predictably blurry.
