Has anyone addressed how everyone was OMG OPENING FLORIDA SCHOOLS WILL RESULT IN A SUUUUURRRGE!!! and now the kids have been in school for two months and it...hasn’t? All I find now are articles that have moved on to “OMG reopening at pre-virus levels will result in a suurrrrge!” I guess the wave that didn’t happen got memory-holed.

As of today, the UK is under yet another new regime of "it's not a lockdown, honest" rules. Liverpool, which has been a biohazard for years, is under the most severe restrictions, which should serve to completely destroy the local economy. Not that there was much left to destroy anyway.

The justification is this:

Daily cases are three times higher than in april, which looks scary and oh noes everyone must be dying!

Oh wait.

Three times the cases, but deaths aren't a fraction of those in April. Given that a covid death in the UK basically means "had a cough when they died in a car accident", the fact is, nobody is dying from this any more, yet we're getting more and more restrictions.

I fucking love science!

What a strange, silly world we live in.

Tinfoil hat time: the WHO made their declaration about how lockdowns are dangerous to psychologically prepare the public health people and the public at large for the inevitable narrative reversal on this come 2021. The Great Reset will have done much of its job by then in redistributing wealth to the elite and making people reliant on the government and the US election will be finished and the elite will be wanting to make money. They will slowly parcel our freedoms back to us over the course of next year, and globalist-approved leaders like Biden will be praised to high heavens for their success in combatting the "public health crisis".

Every day there is always a "dramatic rise in cases" and every day things are getting worse proving the second wave will soon arrive and we're all done for.

The shark has lost most of its teeth, and yet governments and "experts" are still scared shitless of it.

The fact that the virus has become far less lethal should've been a wakeup call, yet here we are seven months later...

It's like how "death zones" like Florida, Georgia, South Dakota, or any state where if you travel to you have to quarantine for two weeks (lol) mysteriously have a similar looking graph of cases to "models of COVID-19 control" like Australia or Asian countries like Indonesia or the Philippines that give penal labor to people who violate the stupid mask laws. It's almost like masks don't work when it runs up against human nature (like the WHO and Fauci warned us about 7 months ago). Or that all lockdowns do is delay the inevitable (like anyone with half a brain did 7 months ago).

Except for the greatest model, China, which has eliminated the spread of the virus. I really wonder if China played a role in the lockdowns with their "stunning success" in controlling and eliminating the spread of their virus by sealing people in their houses, insane travel restrictions, and boarding people up in "hospitals" built in record time. After such a success, the rest of the world had to follow it.

I think it's spreading wildly and uncontrollably in China, it's just that it's so non-dangerous to the vast majority of people that the Chinese accept it as a consequence of living in China (and when they get sick are told "it's just the flu bro" and mentions of the Chinese virus spreading in China scrubbed from their internet). The CCP probably allowed that to happen when they reviewed what they knew of the virus and determined it wasn't actually a dangerous plague and wouldn't actually kill many Chinese. They "eliminated" the virus (by letting it spread and ignoring the problem) through sealing people in their houses and other lockdown methods, and now the rest of the world should follow the Chinese method since CHINA NUMBAH WAN in epidemiology and public health.

I saw someone who has been really losing her shit over the whole "BODIES IN THE STREET!!! WE ALL GONNA DIIIIIEEEEEE!!!!" on twatter the other day share something about some port city in China. Two men who worked on a ship docked there had +ve tests, so authorities went and got people out their beds and homes - two million in the coty, apparently - at ead of night to make them have tests. And this blethering cunt (who is only so concerned because she is gigantically fat and a gonner if she gets it) was making like this is a good and efficient thing.

When people are so fucking retarded they view something like this as a good thing then we're fucked. I guess it's easy to say uou've no problem being hauled out into the street in the small hours when you live with your Mum, and don't work, but people have jobs, and honestly? The idea of being forced to have a test like that goes against human rights and civil liberties hugely.

When people are moronic enough to serve their dignity and rights up on a platter because they're scared of dying of something no more fatal than the flu cos their own shitty, stupid choices and refusal to stop binging makes them that unhealthy, then we are fucked.

I mean, didn't New Zealand "eliminate the virus" by just not testing for it and ignoring it (until they were forced to admit that Covid was still spreading)? There was OUTRAGE over Trump saying something like if we stop testing there will be no cases but he said the quiet part out loud. This will be how the pandemic ends, it'll end when you are allowed to start ignoring it. One can think a great many things about who is and isn't allowed to ignore it.

Anyway I'm over this Clown Year. The summer of Covid lockdowns and riots exposed a lot of hypocrites. They were hypocritical before George Floyd even died because a lot of progs I knew over the spring were cheering on cops arresting people for breaking lockdown restrictions. That one bothered me, they think cops are horrible fucking people but were smugposting about some "Karen" woman getting arrested for letting her kids play on a shut down playground because it's "karma". ACAB unless they're harassing people for not wearing a mask, apparently.

What a strange, silly world we live in.

That's what pisses me off about all of the reporting of this.

Whenever we get a spike in cases, everyone is like "OMG! THE END IS NIGH!" but then you look at the deaths and hospitalizations and its so small, I wonder why we worried so much.

Hell, they said that the White House was a super spreader location and everything. From the President on down, did anyone die from it? How many were hospitalized other than Trump?

It seems like most people that get this just stay inside for a while and then they get over it.

I don't wanna PL or derail any, but knowing people who work in healthcare, at the start there was a whole "OMG WES GONNA DIE" partly cos there was no established protocol for treating it, and partly cos the CCP made out this was the most serious thing ever, and partly cos the media hyped up the whole shitshow in Italy. The Italian HC system is a fucking joke, plus all the people in ICUs there were fat and old. Add to that the fact we now know how badly this affects overweight and obese people, especially those who've eaten themselves into hypertension, the beetus and stuff, along with the sheer scale of fat people in most Western countries, I do think thy were right to be concerned about hospitals being overwhelmed by fatties who've took it badly simply cos the % of fats in most countries in the West is so high.

Most people do, as you say, get over it. Some people feel crappy for a bit after it, but this is the same as the flu. When I was a wee Flid, I got the flu really badly, had a fever for three days at the start that burned me right down, then got pneaumonia on top of it, and it's fair to say, I felt shit for a few months after. That's not unheard of and it happens.

I still think, and stand by, my previous assertions that this is being used. To what ends I'm not sure, but they're making a mountain out of a molehill. best thing that could have happened is a nationwide push in countries with lots of fats, to tell people "you need to maintain a calorie deficit to lose weight. you do not need to go to the gym if you don't want to, just consoom fewer calories than you need. Take vitamin D, get out in the sun and fresh air, and try to put yourself in a better position, healthwise, for winter".

Every day now, usually several times a day, I hear people having near meltdowns because they saw someone crossing the border into another county for a non-essential journey, or their neighbour had seven friends over instead of the limit of six, or they saw someone out not wearing a mask even in situations where they're not required to wear masks. There have always been busybodies but the sheer number of people saying these things, and the *rage* they're directing at "rule breakers" is honestly becoming concerning. I feel like I'm seeing a breakdown of social cohesion that'll last long after the virus is gone. Communities are being marred by distrust and resentment, and at the personal level, I'm sure rates of OCD, agoraphobia, anxiety, and paranoia are going through the roof. People who were aghast at the "snitch on your welfare-cheat neighbour" campaigns a few years ago would rat you out in a heartbeat for not sneezing into your elbow now.

It's always people who say they're in favour of lockdowns who do this, even though it's causing them so much stress. When they see someone who doesn't seem as stressed as them they lash out, and blame, and throw every name under the sun at them, and then argue for harsher lockdowns with more rigorous enforcement to keep people in line. Which will just make them more tense and irritable and prone to flipping out.

The mental toll the lockdowns are taking on people is no joke, and we'll be seeing the effects for a very long time.

8-9 months later, people are finally taking notice.

Poor mental health can greatly affect your physical health. And not just through substance abuse. Depression, stress, anxiety, etc. can affect your appetite, your sleep, your hygiene, your immune system.

The longer this goes on, the more deaths there will be in the long run. From suicides, to deaths due to surgeries and other medical procedures being cancelled or postponed because of hospitals bracing for surges of COVID patients that never came, to the overall health and wellbeing of the public being thrown to the wayside because governments thought they knew what was best.
The problem is that the government measures its success or failure to covid based solely on the number of deaths. It does not look at the economic damage, indirect deaths from their response, or mental health issues they caused. If they did look at these other criteria, they would have ended the lockdowns after the initial 2 weeks and had an adult conversation about the circle of life that it seems most of America hasn’t had.

This poll from Gallup confirms that democrats are adult children who are scared of the ability to make their own decisions. When we look back at 2020 years from now we will recognize that the disaster was entirely manmade from fear and propaganda from deranged people obsessed with the orange man.3C91558C-E836-463B-BC3D-62CDE0F3B0A4.jpeg

Apparently, I caused a marital spat about a month ago. I was driving somewhere for a work related thing and it put me near by a couple I've known since college. I texted the wife (since she usually is the one that approves and plans everything) and asked if it was okay to come by and say "hi" real quick since I haven't seen them since all this started.

She said yes...and I get there...and the husband is shocked to see me. I was wearing a mask and gloves, and I didn't touch anything. But he was shocked to see me and kind of kept his distance from me. Meanwhile, I talked to the wife for a few minutes and she made it sound like he's been going nuts overall this and hasn't seen his extended family since all this started and apparently freaked out over the idea of the wife and kids going to the beach. And apparently she approved my coming over for a quick hello as like a form of rebellion or something.

I also got a message from my sister telling me that her mother in law heard that her son in law's co-worker tested positive and he goes to the gym alot. Her mother in law is a sweet lady and wanted to pass along the message to my sister to encourage me to stop going to the gym. She's super sweet and I appreciate the concern, but its once again an example of just how crazy everyone has gotten. Going to the gym is one of the few things that has kept me from going batshit bonkers in all of this, so no, I'm not giving that up.

Its just making people act crazy.

Our governor was on today addressing the now-open State Fairgrounds hospital overflow area. A reporter asked when the first patients would be arriving. The governor hemmed and hawed, discussing the communication between the hospitals and the government and inter-facility organization blah blah - so, we just don't know but starting TOMORROW we are ready!! He then pivoted again to MASKS we all NEED to wear MASKS dammit and hey bars, you are under special scrutiny damn dirty drinkers! We may go so far as to seek license revocation since y'all can't behave!
Like everyone else, I am so over this shit.

I'll say. Why were you wearing the gloves? How are they supposed to protect you?

that's the thing. The masks are a distraction. Anyone in my social circle I see wearing one goes onto my mental shitpile of dregs I never want to associate with again. It's amazing to me the number of DemocREEEEEETTTTTSSSSS who lost their shit ovet the third season of The Handmaid's Tale (muh muzzles! So bad! muh oppresshuunnnzzz!!") but who seem to think that a non-medical grade mask makes them super spechul totes immyooouunnnnneeee. it doesn't, masks do not do anything to protect you and they only protect others if you're a filthy piece of shit who is incapable of using Kleenex. That's why the chinks and nips wear them in winter, cos their backwards ass societies sees tissues as gross.

Screenshot_2020-10-13 Why The WHO Faked A Pandemic.png

In February of 2010, Forbes penned up an article about the Swine Flu. This article went into detail about how the WHO inflated the panic surrounding the epidemic in order to help them secure more funding, and in Forbes' own words, they described the Swine Flu as, "The mildest pandemic of the 20th century [that has] killed at least a million people."

COVID-19 just passed a million deaths worldwide after almost an entire year, thus finally qualifying it as a "mild pandemic" according to Forbes.
