I wonder how much Haywood’s wife is even aware tbh?
At this point? I bet she knows more than she ever wanted to.
She likely knew that he was cheating on her for sometime, though, since they were sleeping in separate beds and he was not wearing his wedding ring since May. I can't imagine she knew about him being a serial cheater or preying on his fans, though - she had next to no involvement with RT.

I usually get annoyed by crocodile tears in videos like this, but man, Michael looks fucking miserable. Just look at his face.
His hair's all messed up, too, which makes me think he's probably not been taking care of himself following this. If anyone's being a little more phony here, it's probably Jack, but in all honesty I can believe that both of them are genuinely upset by this.
Totally sucks but there's a difference between "my friend of a decade turned out to be a predator" and "my friend of a decade turned out to be a predator, and i gave him a job, and i gave him a platform, and i gave him a fanbase full of underaged pussy". maybe i'm just being a retard for feeling sympathetic at all, but these two situations aren't exactly comparable. they're emotional; a little hammy, sure. but they gave a predator a platform and presumably didn't know about ryan's "hobbies" the majority of time he had said platform.
edit: wording. trying to multitask is a no no.
Completely agree with the disparity - this isn't a situation that they had no control over or responsibility to manage. Achievement Hunter was co-founded by Jack. He and Geoff recruited Michael. The cover letter Ryan wrote was written to Geoff AND Jack. (And, ironically, Ryan joined Rooster Teeth around the time that Jack was being openly hostile toward the new hires, Gavin particularly, because he didn't like the direction Achievement Hunter was moving in. Bet he wishes that he'd stuck to his guns or quit while he was ahead now.)
Jack has always been an important part of the decision-making process, which means that he helped hire Ryan. He gave Ryan this job, and this platform, and Ryan took advantage of it and abused it, along with many, many teenage girls. If I was Jack, I'd definitely be feeling pretty fucking shitty about what my life's work had amounted to thus far, and yeah, that'd probably make me cry a little. As for Michael, I get the sense that he was probably one of the few people Ryan actually spoke to outside of work since he tends to bring up Ryan the most, so I think he's probably feeling similarly shitty.
But, to be honest, it's a perfectly normal reaction to be upset at finding out someone you were close to is a pedo even if you didn't unintentionally enable them, so. They're definitely within their rights to feel betrayed and grossed out even if Ryan had just been a friend and not someone they gave a platform to.
Doesn't surprise me at all that Rooster Teeth is going to try to purge all Ryan content. Honestly it surprised me they hadn't started doing it already.
I preemptively downloaded every episode of Free Play in anticipation of this. Never even watched it, or gave a shit about it really, I just did it mostly because it's likely to be first on chopping block since Ryan hosted it, and if it comes out that him and Meg Turney did fool around, it will be an absolute goldmine of hilarious in hindsight clips.
Is there anything else that people think should be grabbed before RT memory-holes it? Maybe The Patch, never watched that either but I don't think Ryan hosted it.
They did start doing it already; many Ryan-centric videos, like the "thirsty tweets" and stuff, already got taken down when the story first broke.
That said, I'd go for most Off Topics (because he was in quite a few of them), and probably a bunch of Minecraft let's plays, since he was a big part of those. The Mad King episodes in particular are some of the best, and unfortunately now, will likely be the quickest to go down.
