Read trhough the last few posts, and saw that people were talking about randomizing the rivals. This was something I also thought about 1 month ago. Here is the whole idea:
The social visible behaviour can be seen throughout the day.
Getting rid of the rival
The rival can be killed, bullied, expelled.
Kill:
Fast method. Can be used as an emergency option. May be used if player spends time building up a social network. The penalty of killing will be shorter time for rivals to fall in love with the person of interest (for security). Technically all rivals can be killed at the start of the game, however the RNG will prevent this.
Bullied:
Builds up social networks in the process. Takes a long time, so finding the rival from early on is required. No penalty, however the player can be short on time, where the kill option is required.
Expelled:
Requires to gather test sheets which takes a long time. Penalty is not building up social networks. Requires to be in areas where few people are.
Killing the wrong rival:
Killing the wrong rival will result in a shorter time period for the person of interest to fall in love with a rival.
Losing the game:
The person of interest will gradually be more interested in the rival. If enough time has passed, the person of interest will fall in love with the rival.
The difficulty of the game is simply less time to find a rival. Let me know what you think. Already begun making the Highschool and all assets (see post on reddit). Right now it is not a game project, but with a small team and someone with leader skills it could very well be due to the "small" nature of the project.
Edit: The project is called project highschool recreating a highschool from scratch and explaining how unity works and how to optomoze a scene in Unity. Furthermore also explain9ng how to balance videogames ect. These are all videos that I am lining up.

What an embarrassing fuck-up. I can kind of see how something like this would happen though. The "speedrun" required you to have a game that you played normally while a second tab was stuck on the settings. After beating the game and deleting the files, you exit the settings on the second tab for the event to take place. I'm guessing that Alex set the event to happen whenever the game was beaten and didn't bother to put a check to see if the file was deleted before the event ran.NOw its even faster. Since Alex has gone back to the standby of "stream daily and pretend to develop YanSim" and isn't doing much else of interest, I took another look at his Patreon which seems to be returning to the trend of decreasing every month.
Earnings may be up, but the number of Patrons has just about returned to the same values he had three months ago.
If it weren't for that sudden $350+ boost that occurred in July and is presumably still present (and is possibly Alex boosting his own numbers), Alex would have returned to earnings that are roughly on par with what he earned in June, prior to the release of Osana. As far as the Patreon goes, releasing Osana into the wild hasn't earned Alex all that much more than something in the realm of $300-400 or so to date, and that's evaporating like the rest of his Patreon "income".
If the release of the demo was supposed to build up hype for the "soon to arrive" crowdfunding campaign, it's not showing on Patreon.
