Which cops? If you're talking about the deputies in Compton, they did catch the guy, and the deputies did live. Regardless if those were the cops you were asking about, it's incredible that a guy who ambushed law enforcement and got several shots off didn't manage to kill either. Both were ambulatory even.

I'm no lawyer, but by my layman's analysis its clearly murder. Knowing that Keltner has a gun doesn't change much of anything, since Dolloff already has his out and could easily blast Keltner before the cross-draw. Cops are literally 50 feet away, Keltner is retreating, and Dolloff had clear escape routes. Even after drawing, Dolloff could have simply held Keltner at gunpoint as he retreated with his 'journalist' or called for the police. Even in the case where presenting his weapon, he had no justification to pull the trigger.

Wow, watching it slowed down, it's very simply murder.
Keltner didn't even have time to put his finger on the mace before Dolloff shot him.
He made he choice to shoot him as soon as Keltner slapped him. His life was never remotely in danger.

The lure away from the BGM confrontation was very classic too. It smacks of conspiracy.

Last time I checked there were plenty of famous rock songs about topics unrelated to big booty bitches. The same can't be said about modern rap, sadly. That's not entirely the fault of the Black community-- the people who own the record labels seem to be the ones who decide which artists get big and which don't.

That being said, the only people who dismiss entire music genres because of the topics the songs are usually about are the kind of soccer moms who listen exclusively to Christian rock.

Classical music would have been trashy as well had the social norms been different back in the day. The kings and queens didn't want songs about bootyass, so few songs about bootyass were published. See: the music modern Whites listen to. Most juggalos are White lolololol.

I've done similar with Canadian antifas. a couple times. It works for a while, but they eventually figger it out. One I did was on a page where antifa "females" report rapes etc. When the figured they'd been gayop'ed, they pulled the entire page, which potentially means that some of them won't be warned, and may indeed find themselves with the wrong person, at the wrong time. Knock on wood.

Although to be fair there are rock songs like Fat Bottom Girls which is an excellent song, but that is Freddie/Queen so its basically cheating.

Even though I am a Christian I basically skip any Christian music outside of the classics (and Flood by Jars of Clay) as it tends to be blander then bland.

Because who needs to understand lyrics right?

Again, lyrics don't seem to matter, there are some quite popular songs that if you just listen to the lyrics will make you go WTF, yet people choose these songs for things that lyrically be inappropriate (e.g. playing a song about cheating on your SO at a wedding).
