Nigel slaps the clip into the magazine well.As people chat, I get to see their real names, so I can already see the numbers of some of the leaders.

nice its almost too easyAs people chat, I get to see their real names, so I can already see the numbers of some of the leaders.
I don't think so if anyone gets suspicious just "oops misclick lol"I'm going to let Nigel take the lead on this. I've got all the information in a spreadsheet already. I think this will be quick.
edit: does anyone know if WhatsApp has any kind of Snapchat-like system whereby people are notified if you take screenshots of their info?
(edit: I'll continue to post general things in here but not about what I'm planning)
I just noticed something odd about my new faction. In the faction tab, there is a section called the Log that records every time you finish a tour or buy something from the faction store. I noticed a name in there that doesn't appear in the faction roster:

This user is apparently online right now, and was online 17 hours ago, but there isn't anyone who left or joined the faction during that time except for me. Very strange.
No, sadly it doesn't report what users spend in the real money store, only the faction store, which uses currency earned when you complete faction ‘expeditions,’ which are basically a reward for logging in frequently. You can get some good stuff in the faction store, especially for F2P players, it gives you coins, health packs and low-quality straps you can sell to upgrade your good straps (things that boost various aspects of your jpegs). Is the "Swag Store" the pay2win part? @BT9494
There are a lot of bugs in the display of usernames. For instance, my name never shows up, I'm just [recruit]. I'm curious to see what his name shows up as in the chat, but he hasn't posted anything yet. Please tell me this is the part where you tear off your mask and reveal you've been "TheyCallMeDSP" all along and your life has been ruined by accidentally naming your account the same thing as the twitter handle of that one guy who beat off on stream.
The other, less fun answer is that if the name change is only done for players with "very open wallets" it is unlikely that the game is fully prepared to handle the name change. That would lead to scenarios like this one where the API will call to different data fields in order to handle different calls. If this is the case, the DownFromTheRafters could potentially be linked to the TheyCallMeDSP account by identifying multiple display avenues for the same information.

The administrative depth of these shitty gacha games will never cease to amaze meNo, sadly it doesn't report what users spend in the real money store, only the faction store, which uses currency earned when you complete faction ‘expeditions,’ which are basically a reward for logging in frequently. Someone noted upthread that bclub1 already rejected NotDSP before, so it's weird that they accepted him this time. I think I know why they did. As a faction, bclub1 is at tier 60 of 80. At tier 61, the faction gets to run four expeditions at once, boosting the amount available in the faction store. But there is a barrier to leveling up to tier 61: they're required to finish in the top 100 of two faction feuds. From what I can tell, before NotDSP joined, this was a stretch for bclub1. They came in 150th in the last feud, and have been stuck with only two expedition slots open while the third is stalled on the top 100 requirement, starving them of loot. They must have been desperate.

I cannot wait for the next episode.(edit: I'll continue to post general things in here but not about what I'm planning)

And you just KNOW he's absolutely salty about someone being able to show off (somewhat) his escapades in-game and give time-stamps and such. With how utterly boring Phil with the Oddly Shaped Head has been lately, this is mostly satisfying knowing how much whining he's doing to the leader to expunge new people in the guild because they're filthy tractors following him because his name is that of a less-than-z-grade e-celeb.Keep in mind you've probably given DSP/Not dsp enough info to rat you out to the leader now
Sir, your medal is in the mail.I don't want to be cocky, but I can't think of a way that would happen. He can't privately message anyone in the faction unless they make him an officer, which they haven't yet. And he would have to join the WhatsApp group to do it outside the game, which would be the best thing possible for obvious reasons.
Damn, i really wanna know how that conversation went when he asked them to change his name. Or maybe he just emailed them, saying how much he already spent. It’s so funny the game clearly isn’t designed to allow name changing and rats out DSPs name change lmao
"hey can you change my name so these mentally ill nudniks stop following and harrassing me?"Damn, i really wanna know how that conversation went when he asked them to change his name. Or maybe he just emailed them, saying how much he already spent.
Hi, I accidentally randomly named myself "TheyCallMeDSP" and it turns out there is an infamous handsom and successful streamer who is not me that has the same name.Damn, i really wanna know how that conversation went when he asked them to change his name.
