That's exactly what they tried to throw at Jullian Assange in Sweden. Kinda seemed like bullshit then, too. If you've consented to penetrative sex and you're actively getting it on with somebody, it doesn't suddenly become non-consensual just because the condom slips off (by accident or on purpose) unless you straight up tell your partner to stop.
I hate the entire concept of "post-sex regret == rape" they've been trying to legitimize in the past decade or so.
Hate to break it to you, but in many places, that IS considered rape (the UK in particular, and I know it's been an increasingly contentious topic in the states). Performing any sexual act to another person without consent is rape, and on top of that, if you remove the condom without permission, it becomes reproductive coercion because the woman did not consent to rawdogging, she only agreed to have sex with protection. The risk of getting pregnant or obtaining an STD is obviously significantly different between sex with a condom and raw sex; most of these girls did not consent to the latter.
When Ryan removed the condom without permission, he changed the conditions under which his partners agreed to sex. That means their previous consent becomes moot, because they weren't having sex under those same conditions anymore, and because of a conscious decision he made to mislead them into believing otherwise. So, breaking it down: Ryan wanted sex, lied to get that sex, and then did the thing he really wanted to do without permission at a point during sex where the girl couldn't stop him from doing so. In what world is that not rape? That's, like, the basic outline of most Lifetime movie rape scenes.
Condoms don't "slip off by accident" if you're wearing the correct size. That's the point of a condom. Stop buying those XXL condoms and face up to your medium reality.
Eh, so far the only real damning accusation is the 17 year old, the condom and choking things aren't proven to be non consensual (as in I can totally buy these girls agreeing to whatever at the time)
The girl in the r/roosterteeth Google doc literally said it in one of her posts, in which Ryan acknowledged that he did indeed choke her without consent (even though that wasn't the non-consensual act she was referring to, meaning there was at least one other time that Ryan did something to her without her consent).
Reading comprehension is a great skill to learn!
Seven accusers?
Good lord what is it with these far lefty media weirdos and sticking their dick in everything
It's always funny when people refer to RT as "far left" or even "left-leaning" at all. They have always been centrist as fuck; they're just roleplaying being "woke" to cover their ass for all the shit they used to do back in the day. A far left company would not have let Geoff upload a video talking about how he and Gavin stalk women down the street for fun.
NEW ACCUSER ALERT! Victim #8 comes forward with receipts. Warning, extremely long spoiler.
It's nice to see that we have extra confirmation about Ryan stealing money to spend on these e-girls, but aside from that this accuser isn't nearly as compelling as any of the others. I guess it's still relevant in the course of the "Ryan story," though.
