Well, most Democrat voters are emotionally about that age so I actually don't see the problem. In fact, it might be the smartest thing they've ever done.
You two joke sometimes, but you have a great point. Dems are constantly trying to influence the youth. I know it's because they have the dominant influence in the media and our institutions and as such, they feel a moral responsibility to indoctrinate children, but it always comes off as really awkward and forced. It's like they don't even try. Just make up a random statement like POKEMON GO TO THE POLLS, that'll get the chitlins to come to our plantation!
