I think any attempt to tie CP into this is some sort of op to make the public think this is all fake. That's why Q is getting so much play lately. They want to wrap this up into as much bullshit as possible so the everyman just thinks it's some troll/russian thing.

Maybe, but you'd almost have to know what you're looking for with the emails, because superficially they read as business dealings if you don't have any context. I don't think the repairman would nessicary notice that, but he would definitely catch porn.

My money is snuff of a human trafficking victim who is assumed to be legal. Not CP, so copying is less illegal but still absolutely horrifying. It would also tie in perfectly with the repairman's fear.

As someone that's to the right of @Hollywood Hulk Hogan but to the left of almost everyone else in A&N, my retarded hot take on this (the tl;dr version):

• The NYP story is based on real data pulled from Hunter Biden's laptop, but the story about the Delaware computer tech is probably BS. Remember this is a Murdoch paper we're talking about, and they have form in obtaining explosive stories via less than kosher means (think along the lines of the News Of The World phone hacking scandal). I'm not saying this is necessarily how this data was obtained, but I'd believe this sooner than I believe a story that sounds like it came straight from a Louis Rossmann video.
• The fact that Creepy Joe doesn't appear to have been triggered by this story, despite being triggered by the mere mention of Hunter at pressers on a number of occasions over the past year or so, suggests that his wranglers have him on a very short leash for some reason.
• The Dems' besties at Twitter have done a brilliant job of Streisanding the shit out of this story. Whether they did it unilaterally or under instructions from Creepy Joe's handlers is unclear; although Dorsey's reeeeeeeeing makes me think it was the former; he was just trying to earn good boy points from his fellow Silicon Valley fartknockers and the DNC.
• Zuck also wants some good boy points, hence Facebook followed into the same vortex of Streisand as Twitter; perhaps I'm being optimistic, but I don't believe there's collusion here.
• The worst (or best, depending on one's perspective) is yet to come. NYP clearly has several sanitation barges worth of dirt on the Bidens. They also have the resources and experience to dump said dirt in the most damaging possible way. It's going to be fun watching the DNC and Creepy Joe's wranglers tip-toe around it all.

As to why the NYP would want to release such a story? I suspect it's a combination of hyperpartisanship and self-interest. As others have suggested, the way Twitter and Facebook handled this has just handed more ammo to those who stand to gain from Section 230 being repealed or heavily watered down. People like Rupert Murdoch, whose media empire has been creaking along for the past decade, stand to gain the most from Silicon Valley's biggest liberal mouthpieces being brought to heel.

Be that as it may, both Hunter and Creepy Joe need to be brought to justice. IMHO (and I can't believe I'm even saying this) Trump is the lesser of the two evils, and by a substantial margin.
