There's
some early hints that bluefugees are starting to assimilate and vote red in AZ (2020) and TX (in 2018 ).
Could turn out to be some anomaly, and the AZ poll isn't finished, but yea.

Checked /pol/, some people are claiming to be running scripts now to flip votes and change D vote addresses to invalidate them, some are saying it's debunked, some are saying the flipping doesnt actually stick but you can cancel votes, and is running a script trying to do that, so who the fuck knows, last 2 hunter Biden things to come from the chans turned out to be fake, a red Oregon landslide would be hilarious though.
The idea that just because you're Californian/New York you've got to be a lefty just isn't true. When I was a child both California and New York actually had Republican Governors & Mayors of major cities. Sure they essentially governed as RINOs in order to function within their political swamps but the point was there was political competition.
I left California years back because I was tired of feeling like a goddamn poor person. The cost of living where I currently live is so much lower that in my mind I was immediately elevated from being working class to middle if not upper middle class. I mean for crying out loud you know it has gotten bad when
Limousine Liberal Bill Maher is upset over the taxes he pays.
If you're a California exile good chances are you may have sold your house, you now have a decent nest egg. It's not unlikely that you have a million dollars being invested by a financial planner. A lot of political wonks have criticized Trump for boasting about the Stock Market rallying. I can tell you I'm not because it's music to my ears when the Dow Jones is breaking record highs. These last few weeks I've been a nervous wreck because I truly believe a Biden Presidency will result in economic stagnancy if not a full blown recession.
I'll give you one personal anecdote, my older cousin left California to retire in Texas. The man never cared about politics, he never voted because he said if you vote they'll want you for Jury Duty. The other day I got a text from him and he's got Trump signs in front of his house. Why? Because even with the economic shutdown he's made a shitload of money off the Trump years and he badly desires it to continue.
Bernie Sanders was the most popular long shot Presidential Candidate since Ross Perot, he appealed to the working class and even the middle class by talking up about how he'd make the "Millionaires and Billionaires pay their fair share." Despite Biden paying lipservice to a large swath of Bernie's propaganda I've never once heard him talk about punishing fat cats. And we all know why, because Silicon Valley and Jeff Bezos has bought off his campaign. I can only hope enough Americans realize the apparent truth that's starring them all right in their faces.

Anyway I've been meaning to write about this,
but sports ratings have heavily sunk during the pandemic and that's fascinating to me. In my mind Sports should be UP given that it's the only fresh content being produced. Also consider more people are stuck at home.
According to a Marist Poll released this week, 46% of self-described sports fans say they are spending less time watching live sports than in the past.
Some 70% of Republicans say they are less likely to watch sports due to athletes’ calls for racial justice, but 61% of Democrats and 47% of Independents say athletes speaking out has “not changed their viewing habits.”
For the record Marist is far away from being a Trump positive poll organization.
According to NPR they have Biden up by double digits. We have to take into account that many (probably most) Americans don't care about sports. But if this can be taken at face value that 39% of Democrats & 53% of Independents are annoyed by major athletes virtue signaling that's a really good sign that they agree with Trump's twitter rants against kneeling.
I'm sure the outlier exists, that there are people who don't care for millionaires athletes preaching to them but they're still going to vote for Biden. But I find it hard to believe there isn't a decent percentage of these people who hate the "Woke Culture" and will be voting for Trump as a sign of protest. What if this is a clear sign of the allegedly mythical "Silent Majority" or the "Shy Trump Voter?"
According to Wikipedia 89% of Democrat voters voted for Hillary in 2016. Maybe someone is more informed when it comes to polling but I figure polling metrics assume that those numbers will stay the same in 2020. If Trump wins over some of those Dems or they simply don't vote this cycle well then God willing I'll be celebrating in November.
