Routine colonoscopies don’t start until 50 so she’d need one because she’s got some symptom. I think the blood in her copious crap is a good idea, and we saw it happen right on camera based on the expression on her face.

If we're going to assume that the colonoscopy recommendation arose out of the ER visit, what could the reason be? All I can think of is blood in her stool. Whatever it was didn't stop her from her daily binges in the slightest. Did she drive herself to the ER?

As you might guess from my username, I know some things about this kind of procedure and its reasons.

They'll check her out if there's blood that isn't from some obvious superficial cause like hemorrhoids. So let's consider the terrible diet of overprocessed crap with nitrites and the constant inflammation caused by obesity and by constant consumption of foods that give her diarrhea. These behaviors can lead to colon polyps. Most polyps start off benign, but they must be scraped out or else they eventually become malignant. Keep watch on this. If she drops the word "adenoma," that means a precancerous polyp (or several) that must be removed. Given she's been fucking herself over with garbage food and super morbid obesity for years and years, she will be lucky if all she has is these early stage polyps that can be easily scraped out by cold capture method without removing any section of the intestine, doing chemo, etc.

She's very lucky not to live in the USA. This shit would run her a minimum of 7K. And when they find stuff, they have you return in a year and do it all again.

Colonoscopy prep will make her rage like nothing else. She MUST adhere to all conditions or they will cancel her procedure and reschedule it. That may be subject to a fee if she is noncompliant and fucks it up. A month ahead, anti-inflammatories except tylenol must be stopped. Then 2 weeks out, fruits and vegetables with seeds and legumes must be stopped. Then nothing with fiber or strong colors. For the next to last day it's only clear liquids, then on the last day even that stops at noon and she gets two rounds of harsh laxatives and shit tons of water that will keep her up all night.

Considering she utterly botched the diet that was ordered prior to her hysterectomy, this is going to be a scream. Or she'll make an excuse, cancel it and pretend nothing is wrong while her digestive tract commits slow suicide.

It can take years before things get so bad that it's too late, and people can be in denial as it creeps up slowly. But trust me on this. You do not want to die of colon cancer.

Up until very recently we had a huge backlog of tests here and results could take upwards of 10ish days to get back and the backlog included tests being sent to the US for processing because it was so bad. They limited testing to appointment only instead of a walk-in style and prioritized those with symptoms vs those who had traveled or were in contact with a presumptive case etc. Generally now those with symptoms get results within a few days but other results can take longer. Our backlog is down to roughly 1.5kish now and a few days ago they reported they were training roughly 400 people to process the tests and help with the backlog.

After one of my coworkers tested positive for COVID, me and some people from our work got our tests back in a few hours. We set up an appointment and went in the next day. I guess some areas are able to get tests back quickly.

Her description of the test sounds right; it's unpleasant & only the last few seconds register as a bit painful.

Her symptoms are vague but at least this time, I can't blame her for being vague. Sore throat & fatigue are often the most common symptoms of seasonal cruds... except that this year, seasonal cruds are at all time lows. I doubt it's flu as only 212 visits to ER were registered as being for upper respiratory symptoms as recently as a week ago.

Technically we are in flu season but we rarely see significant case numbers of suspected or lab positive flu until around the holiday season. I respectfully submit this year we'll see almost record low levels as the anti-coof measures also work quite nicely to reduce all respiratory illnesses.

The coughing seen on her live, the fatigue; could be explained by another blood clot in her lung but as she's admitting to a sore throat, I suspect it's her tonsils & tonsillitis at any age can leave you feeling wiped.

People are losing interest for multiple reasons, and addressing just one of them isn't going to fix the problem.

To me it sounds like her OnlyFans tier content were her crackerjack way of getting back at the haters who "steal" her content, but she still doesnt understand that people watch hater channels for those actual creators and their personality, not her content. Shes just a 400lb punching bag so shes an easy target for them to make lazy, low-hanging jokes of. Even if they were ex-fans, they were for varying reasons and few would have paid for that content, and those that would arent going to NOW.

I think she was trying to hide her content that people make hater videos on behind a paywall as a way to either stop them from making them, or to cash in on the haters revenue stream as well since ostensibly they would then be paying her for their content. But then she realized she would have nothing left that WASNT behind the paywall, since her channels draws are: her being ridiculous and cringey, and her eating a lot of food--both video ideas that haters can easily rip on.

The second thing I think is also worrying her, people not engaging her channel or content. Self-aware Chantal, who farts on camera and laughs along with the audience at how embarrassing and childish it is, is not as entertaining as Chantal trying and failing, Chantal denying said failures, feebly attempting to gaslight her viewers that she never promised anything and you can eat shit or get lost, Chantal becoming manic and crazy in an attempt to correct course and improve people's opinion of her, then finally crashing and eating a crazy amount of food.

However going back to that cycle instead of accepting it and pretending she's in on the joke would be a double edged sword as she would perhaps gain views or gain back viewers, but would also attract new, innocent viewers who see a fat girl attempting weight loss, only to become new haters when they see its just a never ending cycle while she slowly circles the drain.

I think she snapped for a bit because she realized at this point the only winning move would be to not play, but the hand shes holding sucks, all her chips are down and she cant afford to just get up and walk away from the table.

How long ago was she diagnosed? I am seriously not trying to powerlevel here but I went through the whole PE thing and I'm surprised hers is still a thing with her going for blood draws etc. I honestly thought I was having a heart attack which is what made me go to the ER, they treated me like I was having a panic attack and I waited for hours (this is in Canada) but the PE was discovered via testing. I was put on Eliquis which doesn't require the weekly monitoring she gets. From what I learned due to her having it, there's a weight limit for drugs like that which is why she is on warfarin with the weekly blood tests for dosage reasons. I had what they called a "shower" of blood clots in my lungs, no real explanation (not overweight, worked in a call center so sititng all day was a possible reason) but I had more testing after less than a year and they were all gone. I don't know the general sagas with PEs as a whole, but it seems strange that she's struggled with this for what seems to me to be a long time.
