It very specifically lists 'repeatedly encouraging abusive audience behavior' as a reason for them to take shekels away. I think telling your audience to go to another creator's channel and log timestamps for you sounds like a pretty covert way of achieving this, since you know Foodie Beauty stans will hear this as the siren song to go tell 'Charlie Coal' what a bitch she is for hurting her fee fees.

All for what, exactly? So Chantal can write ANOTHER strongly-worded message to Youtube's HR department and file another warrantless copyright claim? I hope she strikes the wrong channel one day.
