There's a difference between baiting and openly calling out someone's bullshit because they are a terrible person for the sake of calling out someone for being a terrible person. If I called you a cunt because I think you're an actual cunt, that's different than me calling you a cunt to specifically illicit a certain response from you. Baiting is done with the intention of getting a certain reaction. He's just openly saying they are shit because he thinks they are shit and not to draw them out specifically.

Besides he was under the impression that he was blocked. Once you get blocked, why should that person care what you tweet, they blocked you. What's the point of a fucking block feature if you're going to ignore it to be a twat to someone because you didn't like that they said something mildly mean about you to someone else on the internet?
