I am sure occams razor is in play. The weakest link in the chain of conspiracy broke, and a coked up hunter biden dropped off his computer and forgot about it the next morning. The computer tech realized he was sitting on a fucking nuclear bomb that could get him killed, and he came to the conclusion the only way he does not end up "committing suicide" in a prison cell is for this stuff to get dumped, and dumped in a way that gets him some powerful friends. Which meant he had to get it to Trumps people somehow. That is the only thing that truly makes sense here for why its getting released now.

Apparently he gave the stuff to the FBI in 2019 and as the election wound on it became very clear they weren't going to do anything. Imagine you are this repair tech. Imagine Joe Biden becoming President and knowing that YOU, some insignificant computer repair tech, know things you REALLY should not know. We are getting close to election time. That is why its coming out now.

Seems easy enough to just pretend you didn't notice anything. Mount the drive, copy the files, get coffee. Trump likes to compare himself to Lincoln, and honestly I am becoming increasingly convinced the comparison is accurate. Lincoln was after all an insurgent candidate, who came to power despite the best efforts of the washington establishment to prevent it. They even refused to put him on the ballot in numerous states remember. I will be the first to say that wishing for a civil war is peak autism, but I'm starting to question what other alternative there is for the direction that the United States, and Western culture in general, are headed.

Your average working stiff is one paycheck away from financial ruin. There is a disease that, over exaggerated or not, is preventing people from being with friends and family and from doing things they normally would do to distract themselves. You've got an insane number of individuals in this nation suffering from depression, suicidal ideation, anxiety, and the list goes on. And to top all that off, you have a political climate where you can be fired, lose friends, be harassed, and even killed for having the wrong political opinions.

Violent crime is at all time lows, but I sometimes wonder if that small oasis is really just a statistic showing how apathetic we've all gotten. We aren't even mad anymore; we're just depressed.
