Also, that does seem like a goodly bit of work for a truck that is at the oldest a 2014, but it's not totally unreasonable, especially if they have a 2017 2500, which is notorious for having a lot of problems. Fortunately, the water pump comes off to get to the VVT solenoid, the belt's gotta come off to replace the alternator, which also requires the battery to be disconnected, and all of that can be done without a jack stand and with all of one very small and cheap "specialized" tool (for the belts). That just leaves the oil problem for an actual mechanic to fix. Look at all those savings!

The waste recycling plants I know are multimillion enterprises with dozens of staff amongst which at least a few qualified engineers. Well, they either actually meant organic waste only, so they sorta-kinda could get away with a huge composting landfill, or they are aiming to be the middlepersyn and ship everything off to Africa or Southeast Asia.

Or, there's a third possibility: they have an alternative understanding of waste treatment/management. Expose regular waste to the Am Hole, create CBRNE (chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, eldritch) hazardous waste, and sell it to the highest bidder.

What kind of interaction is he talking about? He spends all his days in the troon ranch indulging his fetishes and tweeting. I'd imagine the only times he interacts with "cis" people is when he goes to town to get some groceries or stuff like that and in that kind of context there isn't much interaction at all.
