It's amazing how he's wrong on so many levels. There is no duty to accept his song, there is no exception to the unsolicited works policy for gifts, there is no duty for Taylor to respond in any way no matter how much effort he put in, and she is not liable for making him think any of this would work. I've learned in life that it's hard to convince someone they're wrong in two ways, as in, if someone says "x is going to happen and that's bad because it will cause y to happen," it's easier to convince them that x isn't going to happen or that y isn't going to be a bad thing, but telling them both isn't as convincing. In addition to Russell's inability to realize he's wrong about anything, trying to convince him that he's wrong in any capacity of his attempt to "woo" Taylor will require uprooting every single aspect of the entire story he has written and rewritten in his head. He's so wrong and so confident in every single level of how wrong he is that there is no way to undo his twisted thought process.
That's absolutely correct. This narrative is so intricately woven into his very being that there is no way to unravel it. Even if he got help from a competent therapist and was even willing to be totally open to the process, I'm fairly certain he's hit the unfixable stage. There were a few places along the way that intervention may have helped. Like after the hit list thing they could have gotten him into therapy. Maybe they tried, I don't know. After the first the Farrah lolsuit an intervention could have been staged. After the failed mission an intervention could have been staged. I'm honestly not sure why his family hasn't done that. It seems as though they're still bankrolling him even though their money goes to hookers, lolsuits, copyrights for shite music, and Colossal Crunch. Why they have never stepped in is beyond me. They seemed like they stepped in for two seconds when he was in his Erika saga, but apparently they fucked off long enough to let him fuck it up. What's the deal with his family? Is it possible they've truly just given up on him?

I don't think there is any point in trying to to convince Russ he's wrong. He'll never believe anyone, not the women he's hurt, the people he's harassed, his family, the few friends who've long abandoned him. I don't think Russ is capable of learning to not shit on the carpet. The best the rest of the world can hope for is that the court takes it seriously when he re-offends and that he never chooses to get violent. Punishment like his current smack on the nose will keep him careful for a while, but he won't abandon his ways. I'm not convinced he'll escalate as the severity of his punishments escalate, but it is a risk. I don't know that he'll ever lose it from being rejected. I think he's just too stupid and narcissistic to understand he'll always get rejected unless he tries to unfuck himself.

The amount of work dude puts into his lawsuits could be used for a better life. All this energy spent just for a single sniff of somebody's hair could be spent feeding one whole child in Africa. Good grief. The man's on a quest to get a single win in court, which is a long way off.

I actually wonder why these people see the court only as a tool to defend yourself from any perceived injustice done to you, instead of a place to determine whether you're right or wrong.

You misunderstand. He doesn't need to be told whether he right or wrong. He knows he's right. The courts are there to make sure everyone else knows he's right. Think of the court as the pre-school teacher and Rusty as the tattle-tale. Or rather, think of the court as his parents who will surely side with the disabled boy who hasn't done anything wrong, but is being relentlessly bullied. That's how he sees the whole thing. The Judge is the adult he would tattle to as a child who would come down on all the other kids, right or wrong, for being mean to or not wanting to hang out with the tard.

Exactly right. That much is crystal clear from Russhole demanding that Erika go into mediation with him to "fix" their (non-existent) relationship, and then threatening her with a lawsuit because she wouldn't be his girlfriend/fuckmommy. He keeps trying to use the same strategy he abused as a minor to get his way in his adult life. He's just replaced his parents and teachers with the judicial system.

He doesn't understand--and will never accept--that what worked for him as a kid will never work for him as an adult. In school the teachers could make the other students play with the angry tard. But no judge can force anyone to be Russhole's friend. No court order can compel a woman to go out on a date with him. No laws against discrimination can require a sex worker suck him his penis for free.

ETA: On another subject, a couple days ago some people on here were discussing where the notion that Russhole was fired for using law firm resources to stalk his victims came from. I found the source! Russhole himself complained about being accused of doing so in his first federal lawsuit against Tay-Tay:

Just like how in his book Russhole brought up the notion of him forging the letter from Hof himself (which he totally did) so that he could immediately defend against the accusation, I'm pretty sure the "wild accusation" here had an actual basis in fact. I seriously doubt Russhole could resist using the databases and investigative services debt collectors use to track down debtors to look up information about Tay-Tay, her family, and all other celebrity obsessions he had at the time. He'd absolutely rationalize it to himself as being acceptable to violate his employer's code of conduct (immediately after being hired!) because MUH PLIGHTS.

Even if he didn't misuse the debt collection agency's tools, the lawyer was right to be concerned that someone who had filed a blatantly frivolous lawsuit against a celebrity might misuse the tools at his disposal. It indicates someone whose grasp on reality is loose. He was told while he was in college that if he sued Taylor Swift it would destroy his chances for a career. All he's done is proven he's unstable, and that he didn't learn much at college. One look at his filings and it's obvious he has no idea what he's doing. An employer would see that and toss his application in the trash.

Russhole found out about his sister being engaged on December 29th, 2017. Here's at least some of the screenshots related to his rage over his sister getting married.

Russhole's sister posted this pic on March 5th, 2018, and he promptly rage reacted to it.

We know that Russhole wouldn't have been able to attend the ceremony, because only Mormons in good standing can go into their temples. We've speculated on whether or not he was invited to the reception or not, but there's no actual evidence on the subject. Russhole did, however, start to publicly hype up filing his second lolsuit against Taylor Swift 1-2 weeks before his sister's wedding, which felt to a lot of us at the time like he was trying to draw attention to himself and away from his sister (who obviously would have been getting a lot of attention at the time that he would have seen on Facebook). Either way, he didn't end up going to the reception.
They didn't want Ratmouth going to the reception because they were afraid he'd ruin it and make it all about himself.

Like it or not, the wedding is all about the happy couple with the largest portion going to the bride. Ratmouth would insist that he's sitting there at the head table, dressed in his ratty suit and choking down food like a baby bird. There's no way in hell they'd let him get away with any of that.

That's why I think he didn't go. He was most likely told to keep his plights and lawsuits to himself, and those are the only things he has to make himself stand out.

I gotta say, as someone who had only heard of this shit-lipped gentleman in passing previously before the current lolsuit against kiwifarms., that document provided a great primer into his dumbass antics. It's incredible how much one document meant to show some kind of harm to him really summarizes how much of an absolute dumbass and creepy sex pest he is. Also skimmed through his book after a stiff day drink today, that whore that got $4k off of him for an Olive Garden date is a true American hero.

It's incredible how much Greer and those like him still make themselves look like class A creeps when they're telling THEIR side of the story.

The sister looks genuinely normal. She doesn't seem egotistic or mentally charged, she seems to be the exact opposite of Russell.

I'm beginning to wonder whether or not the parents directly contributed to the wraith that is Russell. Maybe he was abused or something, but I really can't see the parents of this woman being the parents of a literal shithead. Was he adopted or something?

Read the thread, or at least skim it. Or skim the last two pages where his adopted sister is mentioned.

Sadly, Dennis Hof (the brothel owner) took her money and gave it to Russ. Hof was an asshole to his workers.

Shit, I thought he had two sisters, one adopted and one blood. But even then, how didn't the normalcy of his family rub off on him? It just seems autistic for him to be in a position where he's continually demanding stuff from his family.

Motherfucker, you're in a position where people have accepted you and made sure to take care of you until you need to do your own thing. Demands are for hostage situations.

Good grief, I feel like I'm slowly becoming a lolcow the more I read on this fucking guy.

Yeah, if you gaze long into the lolbyss, the lolbyss gazes into you.

But he had a twin sister who didn't have the deformity. His mother kept her, and now she's a reasonably successful photographer or something in Hollywood. You can say it's shitty that his mother gave away the disabled twin, but he went to a pretty good home. Just not one where he'd be handed an opportunity to get in "the biz" like his apparently-connected birth family gave his sister.

That's a big part of why he wanted to sue his bio-sis, in my opinion. It's not just that she hurt his feelings, though that's the excuse he uses publicly. He figured she could introduce him to the right people (whether that's true or not) and help him get the fame and fortune he's entitled to. Unfortunately, he has a disability so he's been discriminated against by "important" people literally since birth.

That makes a lot more fucking sense now. Russell must've developed this complex about his deformity and the success and fame that was "stolen" from him. So everytime somebody wrongs him he interprets that person as robbing him of circumstances he could have had due to his disability. Shit that makes a lot more sense now. He's linked his fucking disability to what could have been.
Or maybe I'm just talking out my ass.

I think you're onto something. I believe that prior to finding his birth family and discovering they were moderately successful Hollywood types, Russ seemed content with being a hotshot SLC paralegal and naughty Mormon who went to the strippers. He was still a shitty, narcissistic muppet who figured the world owed him something and needed to be punished for denying it to him, but he wasn't quite so insane. Then around the time his bishop broke the news to him that he might not get married in this lifetime (and he became fixated on prostitution as a concept) he also discovered that instead of being a mover and shaker in California, he was instead sentenced to a life in small-town Wyoming with a very religious family.

That could be a difficult realization for better, stronger, smarter people than Russ. It makes a lot of sense. And the root of all his plights is that he can't move his face. Add in his sense of entitlement from growing up being able to demand special treatment on account of his disability, his delusions of adequacy as a paralegal, and his bizarre misunderstanding of how music works and assumption he's an undiscovered talent, and you have this perfect storm of bovine exceptionalism we know and love.

Kinda makes you wonder just how much butternut's sister knows about his butternut antics. I'm aware that he harassed his birth family and they cut off contact. And I'm aware of the dicksmoker flexing about a lawsuit against his sister. I truly feel for the whole birth family if they do know about his antics. Nobody ever wakes up one morning and says that they'd love to be lolcow adjacent.
