Let's pretend for one moment that he does die before the election, just for the funsies. What happens then? Will the nomination revert to option number 2, aka Bernie Sanders? Or will his running mate automatically replace him just the way Vice-President is supposted to step in after the Big Man in the White House chokes on a piece of matzo? Does he even have a running mate yet?

Dude I get what you are doing but take your boomer facebook memes somewhere else

They might of just told Biden the train was his house.

Theres basically no treatment or drug that can reverse a "bad day" or guarantee lucidity. Memantine and the various cholinesterase inhibitors only give a marginal improvement and slowing of progression, he wouldn't benefit from an overdose either, it would just make him emotionally unstable.

Based on Biden's lid day ratio in September I'd guess we have a 40% chance of Biden pulling out of the debate tomorrow morning.
Honestly if Biden pulls out tomorrow that is going to be really telling about his health, but I think he'll do fine at the debate since he is being coddled by the MSM like a child would especially with the last debate + town halls giving a good idea how moderators would handle Creepy Joe.

I am looking forward to the debate tomorrow, very much. Even though I think it's going to be a shit show between Biden not giving a single straight answer to the moderator muting Trump every 20 seconds. It's going to be so, so bad. And that's if Biden shows up, but hopefully he does.

The first debate was an absolute joke. Trump was chomping at the bit to respond to all of the accusations that have been on a never ending news cycle. Here he is, on a stage, on national television, his freedom defend himself once again? NOPE. orange man bad, Biden wins the debate. What??? lol, these democrats are crazy.

For 5 years the reply to 'Make America Great Again' was ''Are you saying America isn't already great?''
Maybe you'll get a 105 IQ genius say ''When were we great? Do you mean like the 50s? With segregation? Aha I've found a racist''

But Joe's simultaneously a fence-sitter and an accelerationist. He can't give substantive policy on anything, or confirm whether he endorses even the shit on his website, but he's happy to read out a speech that says ''America was never great, and that's a good thing! Here's why''
I mean what the fuck were his scriptwriters thinking? His whole pitch is turning down the political temperature and let complacent white people go back to ignoring politics. We're 12 days from the nominal results and he just let slip that there's gonna be social agendas in his administration telling normal people they suck as bureaucrats make them play simon says

So am wondering if Joe will show up tonight (he will) and if he does, which Joe will we get? I kind of feel bad saying it but I hope he’s a mess - we need this election over already and I’m concerned this Hunter laptop thing will get too confusing for the average viewer to follow. Heck, even Beanie Man couldn’t explain it in half an hour when it was JUST the Ukraine.

I doubt Trump will be able to get it across, maybe someone clever can condense it all down to a couple of soundbites for him but I think we’re safer hoping Dementia Joe takes the stage and takes himself out without any interference. Let’s hope it’s a lid day.

Someone finally pried an answer out of Joe when it came to court packing. He isn't going to "pack the courts", he's just going to "establish a commission to advise him on how to completely reform the court." Or, in his own words, to "Go well beyond packing." So at this point we're not even talking about packing the courts or not, Joe's talking about potentially ripping the whole thing apart.

I'm assuming that "abolish the Supreme Court" didn't poll well internally.

Trump is playing by the rules with the court, he just got lucky to get 3 seats open in his first term, this is but an unlikely scenario the planets truly did align to hand over the court to Trump in a silver platter, but he never bent the rules (because he didn't need to).

Democrats see this and their response?
rip it all apart and make sure this scenario never repeats, they want absolute control over the court, and if they do then what even is its point anymore, just another sockpuppet for them

@It's HK-47 how big a deal are the corruption emails for Joe?
I wish I didn't have to say it, but: That depends on who you ask. I think that the core of that scandal is that Hunter Biden's laptop and all of the emails and pictures inside of it aren't going to win Biden any votes. If you were an undecided right up to this point in the cycle and Biden's laptop came crashing through the window, I seriously doubt that's going to push you towards voting for him. Maybe it doesn't push you away from voting for him and voting for Trump instead, but Hunter's laptop is not exactly a net positive for Biden's campaign.

This is some Xi level shit, tbh.

So not conclusive and damning enough to harm Joe in any serious manner for the election in your opinion?

The variance in the two movies the US is watching is getting more extreme and seriously worrisome.

Jumping in, sorry. But essentially, American voters are being bombarded 24/7 by a MSM industry that has been specifically crafted to sway the hearts and minds of people. Most Americans don't spend so much time online that they get vetted information from multiple news sources - they just get home from work, drink a beer or glass of wine in the evening, and tune into one of the main news channels such as Fox, CNN, MSNBC, CBS, ABC. The only one of those who has focused on the emails is Fox and most people who watch Fox are already voting Trump anyway, so it's not getting out to a wider audience. As long as the media and the DNC are in leagues with one another they get to shape the narrative that gets out to the vast majority of American voters, so unfortunately the emails scandal probably won't sway any lefties or too many fence sitters, simply because they're not even hearing about it. That's the level of corruption we've reached.

That's what's worrisome. There isnt a collected agreed upon set of facts anymore. There are emails directly tying the democratic nominee to a massive corruption scandal that has been "verified" by people involved in it and the proof has been "confirmed" by as neutral parties as can be. All of that won't make a dent in the MSM bubble. That's really scary. A house divided can't stand and the US is divided on whether basic facts are true or not.

Think that's worrisome?
There's an increasing number of people, especially from the younger generation, who don't even get their news from sources that even purport to be dedicated news sources, but rather get their political and news information from Trevor fucking Noah on The Daily Show, or by watching Colbert or other late night hosts. So we have a growing segment of our voting base, one which is likely to continue further into time than the boomer generation that is dying out or the millennials, which gets their information from people who aren't even journalists but are actors and entertainers.

Wait, hang on... Obama went to Philadelphia to campaign for Biden today at Citizen's State Park. That's only about 30 miles away from Joe Biden's house in Wilmington, Delaware. He was a hop, skip and a jump away from where Obama was campaigning for him and he couldn't even be bothered to show up? He only lives like fucking half-an-hour away from there.

To be fair, with Philadelphia Metro traffic factored in, that is a ten hour drive plus falling rocks.

Worse yet, some people get their information from sketchy internet forums! And these people think they're more informed than everyone else!
