Also thinking about this a bit more it's not just misunderstanding Trump Supporters, legalizing all drugs has been a idea in rightist circles since Ron Paul's 2008 and 2012 campaigns.

What June just said makes no sense because the main drug issue of the borders is not marihuana, but cocaine. Does she want to legalize cocaine? Does she know what's the actual problem with cocaine below the border?

I know it's not the same situation, but canada legalizing weed has done a lot of good up here. legalizing drugs might help the states but you'd also have to encourage domestic production and still police the border for illicit/unsafe trafficking - plus the big problem isn't moving drugs across the border it's moving people. biden was right to say there's 500 kids in limbo, and it's because they were being trafficked by sick fucks who wanted to sell them off and border patrol intercepted them. but what do you do with them now if you can't find their parents? biden didn't have a plan and people like shoe are just repeatedly screaming "ORANGE MAN RAYCIST"

Some people seem to think that if drugs are legalized, the cartels will dissolve overnight and everyone involved in them will go get jobs at gas stations. As if criminality isn't both a living and way of life for these people. It may hurt their profits, but they'll still be selling drugs and might step up other operations like pimping and black market arms dealing to make up for the loss.

The idea that illegal immigration will dry up with the end of the drug trade is also a major brainlet take. The vast majority of illegal immigrants are economic migrants. Cartel crime is only one aspect of the problem, and doesn't address the economic issues caused by a massive glut of cheaper foreign laborers displacing the native labor market, or the social tension from massive cultural displacement as large numbers of foreign-born, non-English speakers with different customs, values, and traditions move into regions and form their own ethnic enclaves, leaving locals socially and culturally isolated in their own homeland.

Drug dealing is only a single issue of numerous ones caused by mass immigration from south of the border.

Fuentes gained a lot of notoriety for repeating the 6 million cookies joke that's essentially about how you couldn't really burn up that many Jews during the time of WW2. So he's relatively extreme with the Jew hating. He's tried branding himself as more moderate and not involved with any sort of wignats, but it's not really worked so great given just defending him was enough to practically torch Michelle Malkin's career since she wouldn't denounce his holocaust denial. Fuentes, and quite a few that he associates with, often would come out with these criticisms of the Jews or gays or whoever, then when criticized for it they'd retreat into how they're just trying to be America First™ and/or good Catholics.

There were also a few weeks where Nick's fans were showing up at TPUSA events to ask questions like "how does anal sex help us win the culture war?" and regular questions denouncing Jews, though that all started dying down once Charlie Kirk and others at TPUSA started familiarizing themselves with Nick's talking points and came up with their own that made Nick's fans look fairly stupid (which is quite the feat that Nick's fans could actually make Charlie Kirk look good).
