Isn't it easier to attribute Biden's lack of audience to his voters and handlers being deathly afraid of the coof?
That would be a convenient excuse for them.

Also, if that were the case, why can't even he even fill a parking lot with cars to honk for him. That is completely risk free, at the most I've seen like 30-50 cars for his "parking lot events" it's a joke.

Nah, that explanations doesn't fly. Also, I think by now most of the "experts" say there's very little risk outside, especially in the sun. I think it's perfectly fine to hold an outdoor event. Make people sanitize their hands, wear a mask if you want to and I think they also do temperature checks at Trump events and they hand out masks.

The Republican Party has never appealed to me before anyway. I voted straight Dem since I could vote: 2008, 2012, 2016. I will never vote Democrat again, but neocons don't appeal to me either. I've been impressed by Trump and his brand of politics since he's been in office though.
The only thing that I would counter that with is that I didn't even think I'd be voting Republican as recently has eight months ago.

Who knows what the future holds? Maybe in 4 years the DNC gets it's shit together, kicks out the Bidens and the Pelosis, gets rid of AOC + 3, and we're all ridin' with Mama Gabbard into the White House.

Or maybe 2024 will be AOC vs. Kamala in the DNC. That's much more likely.

However, my counterargument to that is that I've never once seen a Biden rally. I would have expected to see at least one. Even if it was a co-op Biden/BLM rally. Meanwhile, every Trump rally gets thousands. There is a significant enthusiasm gap here.
It's actually quite amazing how difficult it is to follow the Biden campaign if you want to. I've been following everything very closely, I watch a lot of rallies and try to get as much Biden campaign news as I can.

The Biden campaign website is a mess, you can't easily find the list of events. His rallies are streamed on his YouTube channel but they barely get any views like between 1k-4k sometimes the Fox News channel, and others, live stream.

His rallies have been a couple dozen cars in a closed off parking lot where the people honk. And then outside the parking lot you usually have more people waving Trump flags and heckling the Biden or Harris event. It's pretty sad to watch actually.

Isn't that why Labour got their asses kicked last year? I seem to remember people saying all the Norfs and Chavs who usually vote Labour got turned off by all the IpPol weirdos and flipped to Tories.
Sort of. BLM wasn't widely known in Britain until this year, so it wasn't that, but Labour had gone very hard to the left with borderline communist Corbyn and had a very muddled position on delivering Brexit (they couldn't make their minds up as to whether they wanted to go through with it or not), whereas the Tories had a clear stance on delivering Brexit. While the Tories have made a lot of terrible mistakes since then, they did keep the key promise of delivering Brexit at the start of this year.

Biden should thank his lucky stars (1) nobody reads his website and (2) that the 2nd Amendment was never brought up in a debate.

I had to find this out when I had a Beanie Man podcast on in the background. Did you know that Biden's policy is to ban ALL ONLINE SALES of firearms and ammunitions? In 2020? In the middle of an epidemic?

End the online sale of firearms and ammunitions.
Biden will enact legislation to prohibit all online sales of firearms, ammunition, kits, and gun parts.

My hope is Pence gets 2024 and 2028 and we get surf momma by 2032, hopefully as lolbertarian (a man can dream, for the DNC to be erased)

Corbyn being a honest to Castro socialist didn't help either. Coupled with his own attempt at an October surprise backfiring when it was revealed the document claiming the government would sell the NHS to Trump came from reddit and his refusal to make a stand on Brexit ( He kept saying there would be a vote and as Prime Minister he should abstain). So his policies turned off a lot of workers, and his unwillingless to commit on other issues drove away even more voters.

The parallels you can draw between Biden and Corbyn are why I'm not too worried about a potential Trump loss. Biden isn't as socialist as some members of the Democrat parry, but he's made a lot of the same mistakes as Corbyn, like turning off blue collar workers, and giving confusing answers on issues like Fracking, or just outright refusing to answer on Court Packing. That attitude cost Corbyn and it'll hurt Biden too.

Biden spoke today to give the outline for his Wuhan Flu plan.

Absolute low energy, he spoke for 23 minute or so. No audience I think and no questions. Skip to 23:50 to see the pathetic ending.

If you look at these pathetic appearances from Joe and contrast them with the rallies from Trump how can you believe this is a close race?
Joe's speech about "character of the nation" in the debate last night, topped with the ending of that video, and with the way Biden ends all his speeches trying to get to the heart and feelings of the people. It finally hit me what Biden reminds me of...

Biden is that one person in that awful relationship you had. You know the one, you were with them for awhile, they lied about even the smallest thing and were manipulative and loved to gaslight when caught on their lies. Eventually you break things off, find someone new, yeah they aren't great but at least this person isn't the shit heel the last person was. At least they are honest about who they are but compared to the last relationship this one feels a hundred times better, things in your life have gotten better because of it.

Suddenly Biden shows back up, he just has to win you back. So what does he do, starts the manipulative attempt of trying to appeal to your feelings. "Look at me, look at him, tell me, who has character here? I totally changed!" like really, you bullshitted me for eight years and expect me to even want to take you back after all the shit you pulled. What is wrong with you?

That's Biden. The pathetic ex that hasn't changed and is in such denial that when called out on their shit, they still deny it and blame someone else.

I wouldn't say they're personally similar at all. Corbyn was much closer to Sanders or AOC in terms of actual political views, whereas Biden is more of a Blair type centre left figure. Some of the mistakes are similar though, especially alienating the blue collar vote.

Bringing up the second amendment would have been a good idea for Trump if possible, but the moderators probably avoided the subject since they know it's one of Biden's weak points. Having another gun grabber sound bite would be very bad for his campaign, since he's had a couple already.

The press has done a great job in 2020! Especially with not reporting the Hunter story. The only issue with the press is not explicitly linking Trump to Putin.

Surf Mama is probably gonna jump ship to the GOP by then lol
I can see that happening.

Let's be real: Trump isn't a Republican. He just joined the RNC because he knew he had a better chance with them since he knew the DNC had already declared Hillary as the next President. He's been a NYC liberal all his life. Hell, Trump's current policies are mostly centrist I believe.

They've come out for pussy protests. They went out for BLM marches and protests. They went out to protest filling RBG's seat.

They aren't afraid of going out. Biden and Harris are just awful candidates.

No. Gabbard might seem like a conservative in some issues, but at her core, she still is a progressive. She keeps her gun-grabbing hidden, but I assure you that she very much believes it and would implement it if she had the power. People like Tulsi or Tony Blair are far more dangerous than the Bernie Sanders or the Jeremy Corbyns of the world, because they don't reveal their power level until you elect them, and even then, keep it hidden while they pass insane left wing policies.

Gabbard will stay behind in the ruins of the Dem party if Biden loses, and will probably look like the best person forward because she will look sensible and the establishment that lost hated her from day one.

I agree. But in 2020 Clown World, Dems are likely to win in spite of themselves.

I'm sorry if I seem to be doomposting again. I'm just a nervous wreck. Things are going too well for Trump right now. I want to avoid looking like a fool if he loses.
I'm not being nasty but you gotta grow a spine and go all in or get out. If you want big rewards, you gotta take big risks. You looking like a fool? Man, Trump stands to lose more than you in terms of humiliation if he loses and listen to him last night! He was over the top saying that not only is he gonna win, but he's gonna flip the house to red as well. Trump takes big risks and doesn't fear looking foolish - that's why he's so successful.

And if he, by some tiny chance in hell loses? Laugh it off and laugh at anyone who calls you a fool. My mother used to tell me all the time - "No one can make you feel bad without your permission". Stop giving people power over you.

Here's some more to get you started:

"Make no little plans; they have no magic to stir men's blood" - Daniel Burnham
