Usually when houses are sold suddenly with little explanation or reasoning, and no obvious motive....especially if they're living in the house while trying to sell...
It's usually a precursor to a split.

On a side note and because I don't to go back and quote it: monica's tweet about the apology to the guy is so hollow. It really comes off as she did nothing wrong so now with her holier than thou complex, she forgave the guy making it sound like she did nothing wrong and he did it all.

there are definitely plenty of people that have shifted during the pandemic, as for some unknown reason, property prices have increased rather than tanked, as was the prediction.
There could be any number of reasons to move, but I do find it interesting as
1. Monica is not attending conventions, nor any major VA roles, so cash would be getting tight on her end
2. Ron isn’t a broker, but a loan manager. He isn’t selling the places, he is just arranging the mortgages for people.
3. Buying a new Audi isn’t the best thing to do just before buying a new property.
I have a feeling that money may be tight in the household, and they are liquidating the house and going to rent.

The market is about to belly flop spectacularly, so they're gonna be in a terrible position if they can't sell asap.
I'm in a similar boat myself but I can withstand to hold onto what I've got through a potential recession.

Off the top of my head, Jeannie Tirado and Felecia Angelle also moved to LA sometime in 2019 or so. Howard Wang, who once was housemates with Sarah Weidenheft (the chick who has a convicted pedo brother and breached contract with KamehaCon when they reinvited Vic) does work for Riot, which is headquartered in LA.
So, lots of migrations out to LA. Except for Vic, the reverse hasn't been true.
