All I did was explain that the phrase "Images of a minor that justify immediate attention" is not a smoke screen for "we got nothing but we're pretending it's something". It does have actual application, like in situations like I described. Vague phrasing isn't always a cover for lack of substance.

You're overthinking this in my opinion. All of this is being used to swing votes--and not even especially the public's votes (which, due to mail and voting fraud seen even during the 2016 election which everyone forgets to mention whenever people say "but muh Clinton won the popular vote!" is up for grabs) but those votes in-house which will prevent a Biden presidency regardless. Once the election is over Trump will shake Biden's hand, the stage lights will dim and the cameras will move elsewhere.

I think it is worth contesting. If he had contested it at the time, he could have forced awareness of this earlier rather than letting them release it now in an effort to muddy search results over Biden's laptop, he could have brought greater awareness that it's maliciously edited. He could have got the actresses face out there so that people couldn't say things like "he didn't know she wasn't fifteen" without being laughed at. Worth fighting, imo. And a win is a win for anyone else that SBC tries this stunt on, too.

They're really dancing around what the pictures are actually of, which is understandable, but it's still leaving a lot of room for interpretation.
"Natalie Biden was horizontal!" That could be as simple and innocent as the two of them, fully clothed, atop the blankets, watching TV or something. Or, it could be something far, far, far worse. And OAN isn't exactly a neutral party in this.
Rudy's specific words about the contents of the pictures stuck with me from his initial reveal (back when he broke the "walking around naked smoking crack" texts), he was VERY specific. He said as I recall that "it would be a felony for a law enforcement officer to not report it" or something identical in meaning.
My working theory is some of the pictures do depict child abuse or neglect, as defined by law, but not necessarily sexual abuse, he didn't go that far in what I heard.
As much as pains me to be fair to kleptocratic scum like the Bidens Giuliani and OANN are being very careful to allude to CP and/or child sexual abuse without actually accusing Hunter Biden of it. So for example it could be true that what's in the photos obligated them to go the police without it being evidence of child sexual abuse. E.g. Hunter being naked and/or smoking crack around a minor, Which is bad but it's not CP/child sexual abuse.
Don't get me wrong, I want the Democrats to lose this election but intellectual honesty obliges me to point out this is very sleazy behavior. It'd be sleazy if the Democrats did it and it's still sleazy when Republicans do it, regardless of my ideological preferences.
