People were stealing screenshots I took from Skyrim and Fallout 4 and posting them to FA.

I filed a DMCA with FurAffinity.

My account was then banned by Dragoneer for "threatening FA with legal action".

Don't remember the password because it was a throwaway account. Not going to post username unless I have to.

But get this:

- Dragoneer tried GoFundMe scams twice

- Literally fucks his dogs (truth by lack of denial in accusations, and he covers and hides for other zoos)

- He was warned several times at Anthrocon 2010 for inviting a couple of 17/18 year old furries to have a drink in his hotel room, drinks were tested and were spiked

- His wife cheated on him and then left him for another furry/brony

- Didn't pay someone he hired and IMVU had to pay out of pocket for the new FA redesign

So, I did some digging.

I have his current address, phone numners, email addresses, and he has a brother as well.

I've contacted IMVU's legal team instead, and told them about Dragoneer (although I think they know and don't care, IMVU owner is a pedophile anyways)

I've also told Fagoneer that I know everything about him

I've also contacted his local police department with an anonymous tip about animal abuse and possible pedophilia

Here are my takeaways from this:
-What are you the CEO of? I find it unlikely you own a company or website and you're just saying that to look more important than you actually are.
-You don't own the rights to Skyrim or Fallout 4, you can't legally file a DMCA over either game.
-If you make a mod and people take screenshots of said mod and post it online, that falls under fair use. Much like how stuff like remixes and Let's Plays fall under fair use.
-Section 411(a) of the Copyright Act requires claims to copyright to be registered with the Copyright Office before a lawsuit can be initiated by the copyright owner. Unless you filed a copyright for your mods, you have zero legal basis for this DMCA.
-You're clearly just butthurt that people took screenshots of your mod and uploaded them without your permission.
-I actually think Dragoneer's ban was justified over you filing fraudulent DMCAs
