No, I don't, but I own the rights to custom content I've created as modifications for those games, including screenshots posted to the mod pages.

-If you make a mod and people take screenshots of said mod and post it online, that falls under fair use. Much like how stuff like remixes and Let's Plays fall under fair use.

Except they were taking credit for screenshots that I took and claiming them as their own.

-Section 411(a) of the Copyright Act requires claims to copyright to be registered with the Copyright Office before a lawsuit can be initiated by the copyright owner. Unless you filed a copyright for your mods, you have zero legal basis for this DMCA.

Actually, Betheda gives you a license for using their tools and using Creative Commons or other free licenses grants you a limited copyright.
