Venting her neverending anger, mostly. I don't think Melinda actually believes her lawsuits will go anywhere, she certainly has no idea how to strategize or plan how a lawsuit would go. Not procedurally, legally, or logistically. She wouldn't be able to handle discovery, subpoenas or depositions. She would have no idea how to respond to defense motions. She has no money to spend on legal research, or any other kind of research. If it ever came down to testimony, Melinda has no idea what questions she is allowed to legally ask, and what she's not. She has no idea what is legally submittable as evidence and what would be excluded.

Just as an example, she thinks that she'd be allowed to subpoena the defendants' medical records. This is so intensely unrealistic that I can only shake my head at her stupidity and her ignorance. Yet she keeps returning, over and over, to this daydream that she will somehow be allowed to subpoena the private medical records of the defendants. Melinda's full of grandiose, unrealistic daydreams like this.

I've plenty of practice at discovery and subpoenas and depositions. I worked for an attorney.

I think revenge porn is justified as revenge. I draw the line at revenge affairs/revenge sex. I do not believe revenge affairs/revenge sex is allowed. The whole reason for racial and ethnic slurs is to insult people based on whatever race or ethnicity they are. The word is meant to represent all the negative stereotypes someone could prescribe to a race or ethnicity, then insult the person they're directing by telling them they exhibit those stereotypes through use of the slur. The entire point of racial and ethnic slurs is to paint an entire race or ethnicity in a bad light, it isn't reserved for just "the bad ones". Me calling you a dirty kike means that I am taking all the negative stereotypes of Jews (Greedy, hook nose, selfish, etc.) and prescribing them to you. It is both an insult on the individual and on the entire ethnic group.
