Plagued Waifu culture - Cartoon fuckpillows and the men (and women) who love them

What's the point if you can't stick around to see them react?

This whole waifu shit is hilarious but also sad. A friend of mine once knew a mentally ill girl who fell in love with someone from FMA and killed herself. Like she became obsessed with this character & lost all her friends because of it and then she killed herself to be with him in a better world. I didn't believe it until my friend showed me her FMA drawings (she was a good artist), her grave and email conversations. She wasn't even a child but 20 (!). Sadly she refused to see a therapist so no one could help her.

I can't imagine falling in love with a cartoon character but on the other hand I'm not that insane.

This also reminds me of a documentary about a man in japan who fell in love with an idol. He was single but he only loved her and wasn't interested in other women. In the last few minutes of the documentary he revealed the true reason:

He had no self esteem, he said he wasn't worth a womans love. Loving an idol (who is also just a fictional character because the real singer is just acting) made him feel safe. Real people can lie and hurt you so he chose to love an idol.

Waifuism is just an autistic coping mechanism for loner weebs

Headcanon: 2 months ago I moved to Japan I got myself an apartment I tried to get myself a job there but each one I've been to I got fired and don't get me started with the dolphin incident. So anyways I was on my way home but I decided to stop at the local cafe I sat down in a booth but that was when I saw her like I couldn't believe it did I die and now I'm looking at an angel like what was happening. So she came to my table asked what I wanted to order but I wasn't sure I was nervous to even say a word to her so I just asked for small coffee. After 30 minutes of sitting in there I had to ask her something. So I called her over an asked does she have a boyfriend? But then she said yes his name is Shinichi Sakurai but I always call him senpai. after she said that it felt like a whaling harpoon has been shot into my heart but she said we can be just friends so I was like okay but on the inside I wasn't okay so I went back home and I screamed right into my pillow. After a while me and Hana became good friends but I didn't want to be just friends I love her but I didn't know how to tell her but I heard Hana and Shinichi have been known to go on and off with there relationship but I could tell he was getting kind of tired of her. So one night I decided to be a man and confessed to her I texted her to meet me at hill by the sea at 6:30 pm so she came asked me what was wrong so that's was when I gave her a bouquet of flowers and I confessed. She blushed and didn't know what to do or say but then she just ran off it felt like I've been rejected. Heartbroken I decided to fly back to America I was just about to get on the plane when I hear her shout out my name I looked behind me and there she was I asked what she was doing here then she told me she has broken up with Shinichi and that she was in love with me too so we kissed we've been dating for 2 months I was able to get a job at the cafe since Ami decided to quit to pursue her dream of becoming a lawyer. Shinichi was pretty sad after the break-up but now he has moved on and he has to learn to get out there and talk to people and is less introverted. As for me well I saved enough yen to buy a place of my own and Hana always visits me. We play video games together she cooks dinner for us watch shows or movies but after that we love to sleep and cuddle with each other. She'll make a good wife someday.

I made the mistake of checking waifuism on Youtube, annnd I found this. Apparently there's this group of waifuists called: "The Paladins" that wages war on the Kiwifarms because we're exposing their precious cesspool known as a community, thought I'd share their channel to show how retarded it is.

Since you spergs are watching, Imma just remind you no matter how much you white knight for the cartoons they can't ever love you. An actual Paladin would be pragmatic enough to understand that.
