Pennsylvania really has no reason to vote for Biden at all, between "shut down the oil industry" and now riots.

People that tumble out of the west coast as failures there have tended to start moving back to midwestern cities en masse, leading to massive gentrification and a purple-ing in affected areas. The working-class has been disempowered as a result, so the cities are largely going to swing democrat. The question is probably going to be the mid-size towns; not Philly or Pittsburgh, but Allentown and Erie.
