Easy to make too. Get thinnish pork tenderloins (or cut them yourself if you want to). Beat the absolute living fuck out of them with a meat tenderizing mallet. Just really go to town, they won't mind. Put in buttermilk/egg mix with salt pepper and cayenne. Leave it for a few hours, or a day, or two days even. Get a sleeve or two of saltines. Put them in a bag and beat the fuck out of those with a hammer too. Put flour in another bowl. Take tenderloin out, dip in flour, dip back in buttermilk mix, dip in saltines, deep fry those motherfuckers (I like peanut oil but any frying oil will do). Put between any two possible pieces of bread. Doesn't matter if it's big enough, it's actually supposed to hang out over the edges. Add whatever else. Pickles, mayo, onions, tomatoes, whatever, lettuce if you want. Some assholes put mustard on too.
