Defense council was put in a tough spot here. Obviously the lead prosecutor (Mr. Spectree) had the judge in this case in his pocket. Pleading the Fist Ammendment was a brilliant move by the defendent! On a different day with a different bench, who knows. Defense has very solid grounds for an appeal.

Lead Prosecutor Spectre did a serviceable enough job, but definitely mishandled submissions of evidence and overlooked several key holdings that can be easily found in the Kino Court Reporters. Otherwise, good job by prosecution and kudos to the defense counsel for defending the indefensible.

I think we can successfully appeal many of JMK's convictions based on the Judge refusing to hear from Bryan Dunn as a character witness on the grounds that he didn't want to hear a rambling several hour story that was mostly irrelevant to the matter at hand

In all seriousness, The People's Internet Court needs to be reconvened from time to time to pass judgment on the redeemability of spergs with records as long as JMK's
