US Arizona man arrested after telling Black men ‘this is a no n—- zone’

Paul Ng questioned a pair of guys recording a YouTube show in Scottsdale. Things spiraled from there.

An Arizona man has been arrested after he accosted two young Black men outside of his mixed-use commercial/residential property over the weekend.

As seen in captured video, the man, Paul Ng, stopped the pair, who were reportedly recording a YouTube show, and inquires what they are photographing. Asking Ng why he is interested in their presence, the young man says, “Do you know a lot of white men are doing racist things in this world, sir?”

Paul Ng questioned a pair of Black men who were reportedly recording a YouTube show in Scottsdale, Arizona and told them they were in “a no [n-word] zone.” He was subsequently arrested.
Ng responds, “I am a racist. I am a racist.”

“Okay, that’s fine. So what’s your point? Why are you here?” the young man asks.

“Because this is a no [n-word] zone,” Ng replies.

The young man paraphrases the statement, saying that it can’t be a “no [n-word] zone” because “I’m here.”

He tells Ng to step back; neither man is wearing a face-covering amid the coronavirus pandemic, and Ng mentions that they should be “six feet.”

The young man says that he feels threatened and tells Ng that if he touches him or his friend, that he is “going to lay his bitch-ass down.”

Ultimately, the young man who identifies himself as “a famous YouTuber” shows the business where Ng is using a leaf blower, saying that it was his establishment. According to the Phoenix New Times, that business clarified that Ng lives in an apartment upstairs and is not associated with the store.

The young man, LilAJDre, shared the video on his IG TV channel and YouTube page, and it has racked up hundreds of thousands of views. It was also shared by activist Shaun King, whose massive following helped the incident rack up over a million views.

Ng was arrested with disorderly conduct by Scottsdale Police.

The man was previously an independent contractor with Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty, a luxury real estate firm. They issued a statement that said Ng had been fired and his license severed.

The company also said they plan to donate some of Ng’s previous commissions to charity.

Ng looks like an asian Doug Stanhope.
Notice how the Asian man has about the same skin complexion as the Black man.

And that's why Arizona allows him to stay.

Why? Even in the US this person could be found guilty since his speech could amount to fighting words

Watch the video and tell me who you think more closely fits the definition of the citizen above.

I was honestly expecting an accent, maybe some broken English, but nope, sounds like a native speaker. Just a super calm, proud racist. Weird.

Honestly, they should have put this out as audio only and claimed it was a white guy. Though Ng probably would have claimed responsibility anyway:story:

Here, I fixed the photo of Ng - I'm sure he and the blue check marks will prefer this version:

The black dude gets pretty heated but realistically they both fit the definition.

I like to imagine that's called the Yosemite Sam doctrine.
Huh never realised that Looney Tunes character had a name

They still have to live in Scottsdale.
You got it wrong friendo.
Scottsdale IS in fact a no nigger zone. That and a good portion of Paradise Valley.
They're the kind of place that, if you live in Glendale pr anywhere along the 19th avenue corridor through Phoenix (which are definitely NOT no nigger zones), you hope to eventually wind up at

Did you see the video? Because, sure I can see your point if the Asian dude started screaming and waving his arms around like a nutbar, but he was actually pretty quiet and soft spoken, while the other guy seemed a lot angrier and more aggressive even before Ng used the racial slur. So if anything either they were both being disorderly or neither of them were.

Mea culpa, I'm at work and not keen on blasting racial slurs over my speaker atm

NB4 anyone gets on a high Free Speech horse-- if you walk up to someone and start saying crazy, aggressive shit, your conduct is indeed disorderly. It would have been justified to arrest him had he started the encounter with "this is a no Xenu realm." That he's saying "nigger" is just the flavor of the crazy pie.

It's a worthwhile law, though it can be abused. You don't want people inciting fights.

The black guy in the video mentioned that he's "a famous youtuber". If anyone's wondering how famous he is, at the bottom of this post, I linked a rap video he posted in September that has just over 800 views, even though his sub count shows him to have nearly 100 thousand subscribers. And it looks like about a quarter of those 800 views came from the last few days after his video with the old asian dude went viral. He's got another channel that supposedly has over 150K subs, yet he usually barely gets more than a few hundred views per video on that channel. The only video that does have a lot of views is the one of him and Paul Ng which is just over 50K views now. At least it's the only one in recent times with any significant views. He did have a couple of videos a few years ago that managed to get over a million views. Then he seemed to hold steady somewhere in the hundreds of thousands of views per video for about year maybe two, but in the past year or so, his viewership has dropped to almost nothing. So it really looks like this incident is the best thing that ever happened to him.

Scottsdale, Arizona is only 2% black! 80% white! That's beautiful.

Isn't Arizona in general a no minority zone?

A peaceful slice of heaven with great golfing nestled just east of Camelback mountain.

Nah. Theres a huge Mexican population. One of the funniest thing I ever saw when I lived there like 15 years ago was a giant billboard for a laxative and the only text on it was the word CONSTIPADO? in great big block letters.

A lot of shit there is in Spanish.

Fun fact: as of January of this year when I visited again I saw no less than 30 bilboads specifically for various lawyers specializing in dog bites.

Were they accosting individuals on the street in an unhinged, aggressive manner?

I was just going off the article for how the guy acted. My point about the prohibition if "disorderly conduct" being a worthwhile law, though vulnerable to misuse, stands. The specific circumstances may not support Ng's arrest while the nigs walked free.
