This is why the "I'm just a kid" card/"I'm a minor" excuse is retarded 9 times out of 10. Minors at Zack's age are equally as capable of doing evil shit like adults can. Teenagers aren't babies, they know right and wrong, they know good and evil. They're capable of murder, assault, and life ruination, just as good as adults are.

Zack's not a precocious infant, he wasn't born yesterday, he's a degenerate sex-obsessed manipulator who knew how to get witless fools like Nairo into awful positions like that to extort thousands of dollars and satisfy his disgusting needs. He knew just what to do and how to do it so he could wrap Nairo around his finger and keep him as a paypig, with the power to ruin his life for good if he felt like it. Same as any Treva Throneberry or Nikki Yovino.

Nairo's situation is a tricky one with no real way of winning. The only people who know what happened are him and Zack, no one can tell 100% who's telling the truth, if it was mutual or if it wasn't. Though Zack's actions afterwards do show that Zack had the dominant role in this disgusting fiasco. In any case, however, Zack carries blame no matter what.

Let this be a lesson to any fucking scene with a major presence of minors, stay the hell away from them at all costs. It's a retarded idea in the first fucking place to even sleep in the same room as a minor you're not the family or guardian of. Always have multiple adults present, or, for the love of God, keep the kids with their parents.

You get ostracized hard in the US for suggesting that being a minor doesn't mean someone is a child with no agency - that a 15-year old is not incompetent like a 5-year old.

It wasn't always this way. I think it has to do with America's far veer to the left over the last few decades, as that ideology seems to rest on seeing oneself as a proud child (e.g., the nonsensical statue of the girl in New York). That's getting a bit off-topic, but the point is it's always funny when the rest of the world scratches its head at Americans calling a 21-year old dating a 17-year old a groomer on Twitter.

Anyway, CaptainZack is a perfect example of why this American mentality of deeming anything below 18 a complete child is dangerous. We all knew manipulative teens in our youth who were very keen on using the advantage of their age. Hell, I imagine most of us knew preteens like that.

Here's to hoping Nairo wins in court, presuming he's being honest. It will be interesting to see what evidence comes to light.

That's the majority of the community in a nutshell. I knew right off the bat not to fully trust any allegation from Zack right off the bat considering his bracket manipulation and his relationship with Ally.

Honestly if I were Nairo, I wouldn't come back to the community.

Damn it, I was JUST about to post that bit of news.

That said, it’s basically due to them being retards and running their Melee tournament with a fan-made program called Slippi that would’ve allowed competitors to compete online.

The big issue with that? It needs a Melee ROM and a computer or, if you‘re playing on a Wii, homebrew firmware.
