Ron really is that kid in the back of a classroom who'd try to stage a fight with the timidest kid in the room and then get his ass handed to him. I wonder if Ron got ass beatings when he was in school? And when you think about it, Ron is younger than Monica so when Ron was 17 Monica was what? 20? 30? So you could say that Monica is after men younger than she is to feel good about herself.

Saw this in the fees/billing document from last year.

"telephone call with client regarding NY Bankruptcy counsel's demand for settlement of preference payments, forward excel spreadsheet to client to complete within a week."

Casey Erick's billing, Monica and Ron are the clients. Why would they have a counsel in NY?

Yeah the reason I am puzzled is; Funimation has an own team over in New York.
Well not Funi specifically, but Sony Entertainment does.?

If funimation is not their client, and in no way paying for this lawsuit in any fashion.
Why are they pulling in bankrupcy counsel from over in New York?

No idea. They don't explain it or why it has anything at all to do with the case. Filling their billing with nonsense like this is why they took a haircut.

Occam's razor:
Funimation is listed as Casey's client in that document and they put that line in because Ron's infamous insurance company is actually named Sony...
I'm sure they think we forgot whatever we're not talking about anymore, but we don't, and we won't.

I'd sure like me some discovery about those very suspicious ties between the defendants... did I hear someone whispering civil conspiracy?

That can't be right. Twitter told me it's the entirety of the GFM plus all Vic's earnings for the next 20 years.

Seriously though, I am wondering what Vic's fee arrangement is with Ty. I hope Ty is just satisfied with what is left over in the GFM. He'd be a jerk if he shakes down Vic for more. Meanwhile, Lemoine made it clear he's gonna still gonna soak Moronica for more than what Chupp gave him.
