Apparently someone botted Nick and caused Trump to win, but do not worry, Joe was really the children’s favorite! :lit:
Personally, I view only one explanation. Putin was clearly watching his favorite show, Henry Danger, and saw that America was holding an election. Being that he wants his puppet to reign supreme, he rigged Nickelodeon to make him win just like the election. Do not question my theory, I believe we need a million dollar investigation into who rigged the Nick Kids Pick The President.

Does anyone know if they rigged it for the Hilderbeast 4 years ago?

EDIT - 2016 results per Wikipedia:
Clinton was the winner, with 53 percent of the vote; Trump received 36 percent while Johnson received 11 percent; this would be the second time the kids vote would not match the winner of the general election.

I mean, what else does Putin have to do. Clearly his priority is indoctrination through a children’s tv network. Have you not seen the Chipokemon episode of South Park, it’s just like that but replace Japan with Russia.
I though Bad Vlad would be more focused on rigging the election for Domteld Drimph and Moscow Mitch.

You don't really get it, do you? States have recently tried to push to overturn Roe vs Wade when they try to pass anti-abortion laws. However, the Supreme Court routinely strikes it down since Roe vs Wade exists. However, with now a conservative majority (and there's more than just those two who are wanting to overturn Roe vs Wade, like Clarence Thomas and I am sure others as well), it is likely in trouble.
Well if Roe vs Waid was overturned, it wouldn't even matter. It's not even used as a precedent anymore.

We are like 5 or 6 cases ahead of it.
I guess three justices (and unspecified "others") who supposedly want to overturn Roe v Wade out of the nine justices total in the Supreme Court isn't bad.

Dude, those "manuevers" are pretty much symbolic. They know that legislation won't even get past an appelatte court.

It's toothless protest and nothing more.

Abortion is so protected at this point, it's practically amended into our constitution. You probably would have to go to the senate if you were even making an attempt overturn it.

The only thing pro life people could do(probably succeed): making a hard timeline of what is considered a human during pregnancy...

I hope you are right, but ACB is batshit insane (as are all "originalists"), but I am not so optimistic.

But back on topic, any "left-wing" woman would certainly not be okay with ACB as a SC nominee, so I stand by my original point.

What makes ACB "batshit insane", or originalism itself "batshit insane"?
Anyone who advocates for originalism is batshit insane. She wants to bring us back to the original constitution, when women couldn't vote and black people were enslaved. As the world progresses, times change. A supreme court judge should be aware of that.

Re: the Trump car rally in Philly

Did any substantial violence occur? I assume it was OK since I didn't see anything about it here.
I'm from the region. I may be wrong, but I don't think so. I haven't heard anything about it, and I haven't seen anything in our local media. They're only reporting on the "protests" and how this will affect the election.

I wonder why a man would care so much about Roe v. Wade anyway...

Women, deranged lunatic neoliberal progressive women, I understand.

But a man...hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm...kinda sus. I think he vented in admin to security to deliver the blow on pink.
Because I have sisters, I have a mother, I have women friends. Taking away their rights is not something I am okay with. I know you guys are just mad that you can't get laid and want to punish women for that, but not me.

Yes, because the most stable and prosperous nations of the world follow the Calvinball model of governance.

The year isn't 1776 anymore. Times change. The founding fathers were okay with black people being enslaved. Do you want to go back to that? Actually, don't answer that because I am guessing you do

Quite literally the "It's Current Year" argument.

Except to an extreme extent where you presume that someone that disagrees with you automatically wants to put the nigs back in the chains and secede the states again.

Being against abortion has nothing to do with hating women. For the record, I was for abortion virtually all my life. My view point shifted over the last 10 years because of my girlfriend that I've been with that long. She's against abortion and slowly over time has presented enough arguments to give me a different way of looking at things. And she's not religious in the slightest. She wasn't even baptized. She just, as a woman, never reconciled the idea of creating a life inside her and then killing it. Has nothing to do with religion and everything to do with just being a compassionate human.

Wait, what? That sounds like a absurd strawman of both ACB and originalism. When I google the term "originalism", I read "in the context of United States law, originalism is a concept regarding the interpretation of the Constitution that asserts that all statements in the constitution must be interpreted based on the original understanding "at the time it was adopted". I don't read "an ideology that asserts that the supreme law of the United States must be returned to the exact state it was in 1776, with all amendments made after that year made null and void."

Even the mainstream media understood this, until maybe very recently.
