So after going back and forth with both candidates, I finally cast my ballot and as a hispanic gay man I just couldn't in good conscience vote for Trump. So I voted for Biden. Heres my reasoning as to why.

That's actually how Nazi Germany's economy worked, propping itself up through plunder and slavery. Even if they had survived the war, which they couldn't because the allies had several times the industrial power, they would have collapsed quickly once the MEFO bills all came due.

The USSR lasted a lot longer, but collapsed because its planned economy stagnated after the 1973 oil crisis and people started resorting to the informal sector instead to get basic goods (and therefore not paying taxes, so the state ran out of money for its gigantic military budget).
