This whole thing is giving me the same sensation as going up on a roller coaster, or maybe more accurately playing Russian roullette. If Biden wins it feels like the whole world may be fucked, I know it probably wont be but I barely want to live as it is, I definitely don't want to live under a dementia addled kid sniffer who will sell us to the chinese. Dear God do I hope Trump wins this. I think he will but even a 1% chance that a round is chambered before the trigger is pulled makes me anxious with these stakes.
In the scenario that Trump does win again, I have a feeling that the lulz ensuing from this victory will be much more potent than the 2016 elections. Imagine using the riots, Covid, and various other things to try and make orange man look bad only to get bitchslapped for the second time.

Early vote so far is way less Trump-favoring, total votes being about half the 2016 turnout so far (1,566,031)
In-person vote isn't that far in, and I didn't even think to keep an eye on it so idk what the in-person:red or mail:red ratio is.

I put down 7k on the orange man (across different things Trump needed anyways for a 20k win) and I thought that was insane.

I do admit I may have gone a little overboard, oh well.

Old news I know but Beanie Man made a video about Joe Biden going out to speak to Minnesota.

It's a bad sign for Democrats that Biden has to play defense here. Maybe Minnesotans are upset over the George Floyd riots. Maybe it's the MyPillow support base.
He's at least not making the Clinton mistake of ignoring MN altogether.

The enthusiasm gap between Trump and Biden supporters is unreal.

I got two postcards in the mail a couple of days ago that were telling me that who I voted for would be known after the election. They were handwritten and the tone was threatening enough to spook me. I already voted for Trump and I know votes are private but what should I do about the threats?

Ok I will write from the postcards I got because there is way too much self-dox for me to post pics here.

“Dear Kornheiser
Thank you for being a previous voter. Who you vote for is secret but whether you vote is public information. After the election, local organizations may follow up with you on your voting record.
Some bitch.”

The group that sent it to me is called Indivisible Chicago Alliance.
Thanks for voting, since this is public information political groups will use this to contact you in the future.

"I'm being threatened"

Are you fucking serious?

I knew a guy that in his Trump Derangement syndrome couldn't process Kanye West supporting Trump. Now 50 cent and Lil Wayne are on board.

It's a shame he unfriended me. I'm sure he's screaming impotently at the walls right now.
I have a friend on Facebook who does the same thing. He shouts into the void and only ever gets a couple of reactions for their trouble.
Weren't the final result for PA, MI, and WI outside the margin of error for the final polling averages? I think I remember them having Hillary up in the high single digits, but Trump won them.

I think they're worried and they desperately cling to polls at their own detriment.
This one's for Michigan, and Trafalgar was the only polling outfit that got it within the margin of error.

I won't lie, I'm pretty damn nervous about this election. I think Trump will win, but at the same time, I cannot begin to imagine the amount of bullshit that's going to ensue from election day onwards.
Compared to past Republican presidents and nominees, Trump has huge support; even in California where I live and that's saying a lot. However, I wouldn't be surprised Biden somehow wins because the media has been pushing voters have been voting early in record numbers and if that's true then it could mean strong support for Biden many of the voters are young and non-white, which is not exactly Trump's supporter.

Biden finishes his speech, puts his pants on, puts on a klansman hood, comes down and shakes his hand with special guest Richard Spencer, makes a speech about how David Duke is a great guy and he would fuck him, then another that Iran is a country of ugly trannies that deserves to be nuked, hands a copy of Mein Kampf to Richard, comes up to a Chinese woman journalist, refuses to answer her question, slaps her and tells her to go back to the kitchen and she's a super spreading chink, and finally goes to drag queen story time and sits with the kids while sniffing their hair. BIDEN IS STILL AHEAD BY 13 POINTS.

We don't know how many of those early votes are people who would otherwise have voted on election day though. Whether this is actually a record turnout remains to be seen.

I'm wondering what the vote counting is going to look like on Election Day. Which all the mail-in voting, I've read that some swing states (like PA) won't have full, representative vote counts for several days afterwards, but maybe some counties will count their mail-in ballots quickly for us to gauge those states. Which states should we look at to get a good idea of what the result will be?

Pennsylvania, Florida, Michigan, Ohio. They decide this one unless something goes sideways.

So after going back and forth with both candidates, I finally cast my ballot and as a hispanic gay man I just couldn't in good conscience vote for Trump. So I voted for Biden. Heres my reasoning as to why.

You fuckers really thought I voted for Biden!?! I have internalized homophobia, according to the DNC and want Daddy Pence's Electric Rod to set me straight, not according to the DNC. Trump 2020 suckers!!!

These are the results for minorities. Either Rasmussen is full of shit or Trump should win this handily. Again it is a conservative pollster but IMO they have a lot to lose if they look like idiots when the results are tallied.
The true 4d chess move was Trump turning Hispanics and immigrants into conservatives so that Dems go “oh shit” and start flipping hard towards wanting a secure border.
