Guo isn't some bleeding heart right-wing freedom fighter ideologue. He's a shrewd businessman who didn't get to where he is by being a romantic, or very ethical at all really. He is facilitating this leak because he thinks it will get Trump and the GOP to help him out of his precarious position, but doesn't want to screw himself over too hard if Biden is elected either, so all he'll release is confirmation of behavior we already know Hunter to engage in.

Incest, pedophilia, or any other really sick shit, if Guo's people have access to it, isn't getting released because it would be a suicidal move for Guo, who needs to be able to make amends with Dems and the center-liberal American business and foreign policy establishments post-Trump.
