What do i need to do to bebunbanned

Use a proxy and put in the slightest bit of effort to not be the same person you currently are.
If you care about your original account being unbanned for internet points or something like that, I'd encourage you to check out this hot new site called Reddit, where internet points are the site's defining feature.

lol can’t because site tracks IPs (after all of nulls bluster about privacy)

This is my only option at the moment

Its a web server that forwards your internet traffic to other web servers using its own ip instead of yours.

Some of them are free, though most of the free ones are well known.

Tor is similar although it is slower and more complicated in a way that does a better job an ensuring no one can find out your ip by compromising a single server. Tor is free.
