I try to pump up every young person I meet who seems worth a shit. Tell them as long as they don't disqualify themselves by their own actions or lack thereof, there's no limit to the opportunities available. Provide examples of things I did, jobs I never even knew existed. But since I never disqualified myself I could take on those opportunities. Tell them the opportunities will be different, being a different time, but they're going to be there.
And if someone offers a job that seems weird or tough - jump on it! You were offered the job because the person offering knew you could do it, and do it well. Furthermore, such jobs can be the very best of all - make your own job! Have had several like that. When you make your own job, you have a lot of leeway in what you do and how you do it. Often your boss is busy themselves and cannot provide much specific direction, but gives you a general mission statement, such as "Get the systems in and get them in right." Job something for which you have no training? Don't sweat it. Your boss realizes that. Know what you know. Know what you don't know. Know who knows what you don't know, and here your boss will have some people for you to hook up with. This also means the boss knows you are still learning. But when you work hard, you sure can learn a lot pretty quickly.
Greatness lies within all of us. When you help others realize that, and get them pumped up to get out there and achieve greatness, you're displaying your own greatness. Nothing like watching the face of a young person that's "getting it". And it's funny...when you help others, you help yourself.

These are insane numbers of Democrats attending Trump rallies in the Rust Belt. If even half translates to crossover votes across these states, Trump is in a great position in MN, WI, and MI. The Florida numbers, for comparison, were sitting around 20% Democrats attending.

No. Really. As a leftie myself who is self aware enough to try and soul search every one in a while. Wanna know what the left's biggest issue is? When you pressure it, it implodes. For some historical examples:
-South America: as soon as the communist revolutions started failing. What happened? Boom, 5 billion different subcultures of commie hunting each other for the stupidest fucking reasons. And what's even worse giving rise to not just the acceleration of reactionary fascist counterrevolutions but also, ya know, the craziest branches of leftism this side of russia. (Posadism: they literally think causing the nuclear extinction of mankind is good because it will make the dolphins call interstellar communists to rescue the survivors and bring them to soviet paradise. I'm not even kidding here, that really is what their goal was.)
-Russia, pre-ww2: do I even need to explain this one? The civil war wasn't even against the right! The Tzar abandoned post before it even started! The menshevicks were already in power and progressively implementing socialist policies but the bolshevicks decided to call for civil war because they weren't fast enough!
-Russia, post-soviet: Same as South America, really. Between the army couping and uncouping its own leadership, the rise of crazy ass splinter cells like the Nazbols (who btw for those that still don't know are an actual ideology and political party who promised to bring about a new dictatorship that implemented Stalin's economic policies and Hitler's cultural policies if they got to power. I'm not even kidding they are just a fucking treat.)
-Spanish Civil War: The Republicans spent more effort fighting against their supposed allies from CNT-FAI (Ancoms), PCE (Stalin-Hating Communists) and Stalin's Volunteers than they did fighting the actual enemy by the end. Hell, you know how bad it got? After the PCE got control of most of Madrid (the rest being in control of other leftist internal revolutions... no I'm not kidding) the anarchists managed to stage a prison break out (the PCE started putting them in concentration camps by the halfway point in the war due to the rampant terrorism. No I'm not kidding the anarchists started bombing their allies at the smallest slight, while currently in war. One of those slights by the way was when the republicans stopped their "direct democracy tribunals", which for those that don't know... Remember that scene in Dark Knight Rises where the scarecrow is a judge? Yeah it was literally that, just bring in people, frame them flagrantly, then claim the people have spoken and kill them. Whod've guessed the non-anarchists would find that a bit too hard to swallow huh?) and in response the PCE grabbed the fascist prisoners, gave them loaded rifles, and threw them into the camps under the logic "All the cells are open and everyone in there is an anarchist that will kill you if he has the chance, so shoot first." Do please remember this was while Franco's army was literally knocking down their fucking door, and they were arming his soldiers, because compared with the anarchists they were preferrable...
-Spanish Cantonal War: This was during the 1st republic. Government was trying to federalize because they couldn't get the provinces to agree on, well, anything really. And of course they don't agree on that either. From some saying that the federal constitution gave too much power to the federal gov, to some that it gave too little, galicia saying they should take things slower (because of course... if you're not spanish: that's a joke), Murcia just going ahead and declaring the independence of Cartagena on their own terms for no reason, Seville saying that they were taking too long so fuck it we're independent too, declaring the canton of seville, just to have an internal revolution declare the red canton of triana (who got absolutely curbstomped by the canton of seville who then got just as curbstomped by the central gov), by the end of that fucking mess there had been over 50 different leftie denominations fighting each other, which of course just led to a fascist coup that was surprisingly bloodless (mostly because they had already done all the butchering during the prior conflicts...) when the army just went ahead and said "fuck it, fuck you, fuck this, we rule now, you all suck."
Point is. See the pattern? Shit goes well left can cull itself with inner purity bullcrap on its own accord. Left looses control? And suddently the radicals start escalating the purging, fighting each other and by the end you don't even know what side is what, all you know is now there's some idiot who seems to think Hitchhicker's Guide to the Galaxy is a documentary leading a major political party and the army's starting to look for someone to put in charge while they figure out if democracy is worth it after all. EVERY FUCKING TIME.
Yeah if Trump wins this, they're gonna fucking eat each other.

Let's see what happens when I type in "biden merchandise 2020". Looking at the first 60 results - 3 items with ratings/reviews in the four figures, but none of them are Biden merchandise. Top Biden item has 443 ratings/reviews. Interestingly, there are Trump items on this page. One of them, a Trump yard sign, has 543 ratings/reviews, or more than any Biden item on the first page of the results.

If you want to see a great contemporary microcosm for this theory, look no further than the Occupy Wall Street movements. The movement started as a general protest for people to be angry at big banks, which although was mainly young leftists, it also included lolbertarians and Tea Party neocons who hated Obama and the establishment. Within time, however, radical left wing anarchists joined their movement (to the surprise of nobody), and because the movement had no solid leadership nor established mission statement, the Marxists placed themselves in charge. In doing so they seized control of the supplies, the living quarters [tents], made their own set of rules, and purged anyone who wasn't radical enough.
Hell, let's look at the Women's March: it was supposed to be humans with vaginas joining in solidarity of bitching about Hillary's loss, but what the media tried to ignore was how the marches were also self-segregated; radical groups refused to allow normie libs women to march with them, PoC women refused to march with white women, and Muslim women refused to march with Christian women. Imagine a legitimate Civil War 2.0: the left wing faction would spend the whole time arguing with each other over how many colors should be added to their new flag and what order they should be in. Joggers would bitch and get violent if the black and brown bars were below white, fags would throw tantrums and rebel if the colors weren't representative of the whole LGBTQ+ spectrum, anarchists would argue that the flag is too colorful and not black enough, and you'd have freak troons complaining that additional colors are to be added for new genders.
Meanwhile the right wing army would just use the regular American flag as their symbol and call it a day, everyone's happy.

Trump seems to have a far more ideologically broader appeal. Minus libertarian voters that fell for an obvious siren song, he polls very strongly in culturally (actual culture) diverse areas, compared to Biden who has caused many hard leftists to not vote, and a minority to even vote Trump out of spite. And the rest of Biden voters fall into the vague urbanite soup that's only distinguished by physical skin color. They can't give you any more detailed answer than "muh oppression", whereas one Trump supporter to another in different areas will vary wildly on any question you ask them
