Lowtax taking his SA sale money and buying a crack shack or apartment with cash would have probably been the smartest move. Anyways, looks like mama tax is tired of the carrying cost of lowtax squatting in her McMansion. She needs some paying tenants.
 
I mean, think about it for a second. He took in and spent probably a few million over the years, earnings from SA, and money spent on SA and himself. He has literally zero to show for it, outside of whatever small amount he got from Jeffrey which won't last. He has no car, no home, no investments, no equity in a business. Just some furniture and clothes and a monthly bill for child support to multiple kids. He's also 20 years away from being at retirement age with no useful skills to be able to earn money or save money for said retirement.

He'll be dependent on his parents til they die, then on whatever insurance or money they leave him, and when that's gone he'll be back at zero, in his 60s with no options.

He might as well try to pill himself to an early death, it's really his best option. Hell, it'd be easier on his parents, as they now will have to support him and it'll probably shave years off their lives if he hangs around.

He's living alone in a ~$2500/mo rented McMansion now and his mom doesn't own it. I guess he's looking for a cheaper one.

So keeping with the theme of richard. I always felt that people ragging on him for not having 2020 hindsight and not building an empire like the PA guys were being alittle mean.

But yes he is his own worst emeny he doesnt/didnt want any responisblity always took the path of least work etc etd,

Now how dare Jeff make money on SA that rich had Radium/zdr build on his not work.

even now I d like rich to set up a xenforo forum with ads and see how much interest/hate he can attract.

And with a decent credit rating, mortgage rates are ridiculously low. I re-fi'd last year to 2.64% on a 15-year fixed. In ten years I'll have a completely paid-for house that cost me about $150 a month in interest. Rent for a similar house in my neighborhood averages $1200-1400 a month.

Buying is almost always a better option as long as you don't overpay or buy more house (like a hotel-sized McMansion) than you can afford.

Rich is going to have to try a lot harder to make us think he hates Jeff and isn't getting a grand or two a month on the down low from a janny so pathetic he bought the forum he swept.

I'm pretty sure that's why he posted that lengthy (and likely fake) text exchange with his mom about not voting for Trump. He's still trying to win his way back into the hearts of the screeching troon SJW crowd. Not even sure it's about ego or VINDICATION as much as it's about Gaming Garbage being his last income stream. He's desperate to get the numbers back up on his patreon.
