An anon actually very nicely summed up some things that the Chinese have been pissed about in the past. The difference here is, the Chinese fans like to act big because they are right, in Hololive's early days they did help them get big, but then they started getting more popular in Japan and then the explosion in the West. Read this screenshot and then read what I'm telling you, they're mad because: 1. Coco is American raised Japanese, so in short an American has insulted them and their divine brain washing and 2. that what they see as their "property" their "idols/waifus" are pandering more to EOP (English Only Players, tl;dr Western fans that only know English) because guess what, we're actually the least fucking mental fans that they have and we're good money.

This screenshot forgets to mention tho on the Pekora uploading a Bili MAD, that she uploaded it from NND and the person on NND stole it from Bili. So they were mad and trying to claim she stole it from them, so they were in fact trying to blame the innocent and ignorant.

Yes and no, they got big numbers that much is true but the sphere of the internet on china dies on china, it was when it got hit on japan then the west catched attention that they begun becoming the thing that is today also those fuckers cant superchat from there, the numbers of view and donation dont match in bilibili, at the end the thing was just left there as a freebie just for the old days according to the numbers china barely raised like less that 7% of revenues, that is why Cover said "fuck this shit" and pulled the plug

tl;dr they are mad jealous that their anime girlfriends cucked them for guys with more money and less crazy

I say this with no intent of being rude, but no, Okayu is not Mina. Okayu's real self has been known for a good while now and any and all attempts to try and correlate the two does not match up. Voice, interests, comments and personality, they just don't match up. Korone has more friends than you would think, she'd organize a lot of NND events and meet ups. She's friends with Nijisanji members like Deibru and Saki, so her friend pool isn't small. She's just an introvert that sticks to very few people. ...That maybe came off too rude, I just wanted to be exhaustive in information.

No, Okayu isn't Mina- that girl still streams as an indie. Okayu (as Ikasumi Kei Joshi) was a recurring guest on Gyokai Hime (as was Coco/kson, Mio/meian, and Towa/narumi) which Korone cohosted. I don't know if Mina was the other cohost or if that was just an upd8 thing.

I have a list of some problems with her and then I also have problems with her behavior this entire time,

My problems with her content is she doesn't really stream much outside of 2-3 games, that even with hyper focusing on she's not that good with them, maybe League. Her commentary is even worse, no effort to improve her enunciation and her style of commentary is very lame. She at best reacts to a situation with the dumbest trite I could imagine. "Your mom gay" and "what's wrong with sucking dick" are her commentary highlights.

My problems with her actions during all of this an even bigger problem, let's look at a list of things.
1. Artia blew the lid early on HoloCN's financial trouble and employment status.
2. Artia has for 4 weeks, until 1 to 2 days ago said nothing to her Chinese fans about not flaming Hololive members.
3. Artia has had at least 3 meltdowns, done a Bili stream culminating in chastising her Chinese fanbase for making her life worse, called herself a clown and a fool on Twitter and at the same time as the Twitter meltdown, had a meltdown on Discord.

5. Her and Civia very quickly performed covers of a song Aqua recorded for a Chinese league tournament hosted on Bilibili. Having eerily similar messages and even more alarming is how quickly it became an anthem and even war cry for Chinese antis.

Let me just debunk the family thing right here and now, as beside her, Civia and reportedly Rosalyn that none of the other HoloCN said anything at all and have been ignoring the drama since it started. They're fine and were barely attacked by antis, at worst a few unsubs on Bilibili. Artia didn't tho, she has very much not stayed quiet in all of this and has even brought Civia along for the ride, who had stayed out of things until Coco came back. There is no threat to their family unless they suddenly spout anti-CCP messages and that's even been confirmed by other Chinese. No, Artia has done this because of one reason. Her dream is to be a big time streamer, much like xQC who she has stated before she was inspired by. Hololive was just a means to get some kind of notoriety as she went so far as to even try and shill her older vtuber attempt on /jp/'s /virtualyoutuber/ threads. She had the most to gain from this drama and she very well might. Hell, she proved she even knows how to profit off this, because of my point 1 in her behavior, by leaking those details caused Chinese antis to re-sub and donate to HoloCN girls, that's her directly influencing people. She's also been sympathy baiting the Western fanbase this entire time with the melodrama of the 1st and 3rd points, yet the only other HoloCn to act worried at all is Civia, who's already going along with what Artia does. Yogiri for example is busy setting up a collab with her designer and other stuff, my point being I have no reason to trust Artia after all this time and drama baiting. That's why I dislike her, not her content being bad or her not pandering to any secret clubs, which is a funny statement, considering she has in the past.

You know, while I don't hate Artia, merely how she acts, I should just go all out on this matter now since I can. Because, while I don't hate her, her co-workers sure don't seem to like her.
Watch this clip. Listen to Artia try to hype up what she's doing like an autistic gremlin while no one else says anything other than gasps and Civia reacting to being nearly blown up.
Now read this screen shot I've attached. Yogiri loved that Castle. Civia was the reason Artia got into the HoloCN collabs she even could get into it seems.
Here's one anon commenting that this was the result of Artia getting pay back. It's a rumor tho without further corroboration, but considering I have a video ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ul8E90RHAsI&feature=emb_title ) on hand of her admitting to aiding in a 2016 gayop to spam the FB page of the Taiwanese PM, it would give some credit to that rumor.

As for Artia, Artia is a bizarro Aqua, she's arguably almost as autistic, but the bizarro part comes in that Aqua is genuinely harmless, well meaning and endearing, where as Artia is none of those. Holy shit @Bungus Scrungus you made the damn nail and then struck it in, that's a perfect simile. And what Mister O. said, she's an attention whore that wanted to play both sides, but didn't stop to think that the best way to do so with to just say NOTHING.
